Brogan has been around the longest in the region and it shows. I've never seen any dealership/staff more knowledgeable, friendly or honest. Highly recommend them.

I went To go buy a car from this dealership and when I asked if there was any discount he replied with "your people always want a discount" which I found disrespectful because what is that supposed to mean. He was [non-permissible content removed] and at the end of the day I still bought the car and find it unfair that he gets to get away with that. Anthony was the person to help me buy the car. You should have more people like Anthony and less people like Joseph.

I had an appointment at 9 am. They took my car in rite away. It was fixed, washed and vacuumed before 10 am. I was extremely happy and satisfied!!

Lied to

Bought an 08 bmw m6 from these guys first off they put it on the lot with no radio am fm cd aux input then pretended to not know about it sent it out to be repaired and the case of it was water in the trunk after it was fixed they told me I have no sat tuner not knowing I believed him few months pass I decide to look well big suprise it's there very rusted sitting underneath the new amp they replaced and if that's not enough it was purposely Unplugged they told me I didn't have one lied to I will be posting up some pics of how they left it to save them a few bucks had I known this I would have walked away if and when the Manger reaches out I would like the cost of just the part I will install and fix cuz st this point I know longer trust there work if I am reached out to and taken care of I will give them credit it the next review

Fuel pump busted towed in didnt have loaner wanted me to pay 250 for enterprise for deposit and whatever it is a day finally 2 days later had to to talk to manager to get loaner car was done a week later no calls on anything I was 1 on list for loaner and would call when they got one never got call about aanything promised 40 dollars worth of gas only had 40 miles in tank and tow hitch still sticking out they do the job but dont expect good service would not get from brogan again

I've been buying cars from Brogan Cadillac since I bought my first brand new car, a 1979 Olds Cutlass. An amazing car, top of the line & beautiful to look at. I bought my first Cadillac Coup-de-Ville in 1981. By that time I was sold on the dealership & have purchased several new & a few used cars from Brogan since then. The original service department in Clifton was set up a little different than it is today in Totowa, but the care & efficiency with which they service my vehicles has not changed one bit. The ability to drive-in for service any time I want, six days a week, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. is an amazing fete when you consider all the computerized phone systems companies are installing where you have to punch this if you want that. At Brogan you can talk to a human being. I've never found a need to look anywhere else for my auto needs. Brogan met my standards of quality & when you find a good thing "stick with it".

Hard to say much of anything, other than that I was ready to buy a new Cadillac and did, but from another dealer. Even though this is ostensibly a "preferred" dealer on many of the online pricing sites I never received anything other than an automated response email from the dealership. They didn't impress me as all that hungry to sell their cars.
