I was told to come in and look at a truck that I was interested in when I got there I told him I couldn't stay but is the truck here they said no but when you come back in 2 days will be there at 11 I called them 2 days later at 10:45 and they said they would get back to me never called me back I called them they said all sorry we don't have that vehicle anymore but we have others if I were the owner of this company I would fire the sales manager for lying to the customer just to get him in there

If I could give Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River more than 5 stars Mike Malafroute, who was my sales representative was extremely personable and he took his time to work with me to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The entire Pine Belt team made me feel important and not just like another customer. In the end I left with the car I wanted at an affordable price as well as the confidence and assurance that I made the right decision!

Buying my new Altima here was a great experience. I was able to communicate with Alana via email and she was able to lock in a great price. When I got there Dave walked with me and I took a look at some options. Within an hour I was ready to go sign all my papers and leave with my car.

Maria S is the best sales person I have dealt with in more than 20 years of driving and buying. More than thorough, she was patient and evaluated all of the possible options for us to get us into the car that was the best fit. There is no doubt in my mind that I will continue to not only purchase my cars from Pine Belt Nissan, but, I will also direct everyone that I know to go there and deal with Maria specifically! I couldn't be happier with my new car, and the service that I received while buying it! There should be an option for 10 STARS, because they definitely deserve it!

Stay away from any of the "Pine Belt" names. I actually felt violated when I left there. I called to tell them I was VERY unhappy with the whole buying experience...they could care less. They waited for me to finish talking ...then they said, are you done? what is it you'd like us to do? I said I am calling to tell you what a terrible experience I had with you...they said, ok thank you, have a nice day and they hung up on me! Worst place I've ever been to!

Like any other dealership as far as customer service but be very careful when dealing with the finance department. Very shady. Charges appear that weren't discussed by the sales man, Things that were supposed to be included now have a charge, the usual used car routine with getting you to agree on a monthly payment and then adjusting the number of payments to be able to raise the interest rate so they can meet you're monthly payment but get you to pay more in reality. Just very unscrupulous.

I must say, my experience was a great one at pine belt. Everyone were so nice and easy to work with. They gave me what I was looking for for my trade in and they did not keep me at the dealership forever. I worked with a man named Dennis was so great. I would reccomend him to everyone. Such a nice man that will do anything to help you. All and all they were a great bunch. I commend them on everything.

I was in the market for a ore owned Nissan when I walked into the dealership. I met a salesman named rob that I could really relate to. He is just a good down to earth guy. He presented a ton of options for me and I ended up leaving with a brand new Nissan Altima. I love my car!!!

I have purchased many cars from the pine belt organization in the past. In fact, this is my second brand new Nissan Altima that I have leased from them. They are an absolute utter pleasure to deal with. My salesman, Dennis, is the best. He is just such a nice guy. That is hard to find now a days. The manager Marc is great also. They just make everything so easy.

i was ver happy and pleased at the way pinebelt treated me when i was purchasing my car. The internet dept(rose) was pleasant and so helpful that i decided to give the dealer a shot at my business, and i was not disappointed. My salesman Bill took the time to take me on a couple of test drives and when i decided on the vehicle he made sure it was smooth sailing from there. I would definitely recommend this dealer to family and friends.

After about three weeks of car shopping online, I finally made a purchase from Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River. I could not have made a better decision. I was contacted 15 minutes after my first email by Alana, and she was extremely helpful from the start. She had multiple vehicles of my interest, and had everything set up upon my arrival. I drove 45 mins and when I got there, my salesperson had four different Altimas to choose from. Dennis was absolutely great and so friendly. All my questions and concerns were answered immediately, and I felt so comfortable throughout the entire purchase. I never thought searching for a car online would be so easy. I most certainly recommend this dealership to anyone, and wish every car buying experience in my past was this pleasant. I will be telling all my family and friends to go here for their next purchase.
