Left us high and dry with a defective vehicle

purchased a certified used vehicle from them at 30,000 miles transmission had a catastrophic failure and left us on the side of the road. dealer would not give us a loaner so we were left without a vehicle for about 20 days. they replaced the transmission and 2 months later we had another issue and began getting error codes for the transmission. we brought the vehicle back and indicated that we'd like to trade it for something comparable since there is clearly major issues with the vehicle. the dealer gave us options that would cost us double our current payment or alternatively more than $100 per month. they also failed to respond to GM until GM asked for a manager. it should be noted that we paid full price for the vehicle when we purchased and did not negotiate and now they are leaving us high and dry with a severely defective vehicle. They literally currently have my exact vehicle color and miles and yet still expect me to pay more money per month.

Don't go anywhere else.

I've done a lot of shopping around at different dealerships, and Royal Buick GMC are by far the best. When I linked them to a comparable vehicle that had a lower base price than theirs, they didn't hesitate to make a very fair adjustment. First thing the next morning they had the car put aside with my name on it and ready for me to test drive. The paperwork was a breeze - no games, just great service. Kevin and Harry were honest and straightforward every step of the way. They are decent, hardworking people. Two days later they followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was to my liking. I will never go to any other dealership.

Old Fashion UNCOMMON Sales Experience!!

KYLE, My salesman was very Profesional, Unusual For A Lad as young as he is. Kept on top of me to make sure I would get the requested vehicle AT THE BEST VALUE. Reminded me of my Veterans discount PLUS other Buick incentives. TOTALLY BLEW ME AWAY, with all the ATTENTION GIVEN. Now Harry, Kyle's, Put the whole package together WITHOUT THE USUAL PRESSURE from a Sales Manager. UTTERLY A SUPERB GENTLEMAN and FOR DESSERT THEIR FINANCE PERSON COMPLETING A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! Exceptional Service

The staff is honest, courteous, and friendly. Service was completed in a timely fashion and the cost was very reasonable. I only wish that I lived closer to this dealership as it is a good 40 minutes from where I live.

Royal GMC

I dropped my vehicle off for a simple oil change. The technician dropped a light on the hood of the vehicle causing damage to the hood. The service department immediately advised me of the damage. If they did not tell me, I would have probably never noticed the damage till later and assumed that it was damaged during normal driving. I thanked the service department for being honest about the incident. They handled the matter in a very professional manner. I applaud the service department for doing the right thing in this situation. This is the reason why I drive 45 minutes to visit Royal, truly a class act.

Pontiac G6 power steering recall

I brought my 2006 Pontiac G6 in to have 3 recalls done. One was for power steering. We never had an issue with the power steering before the recall. We went to pick up the car and had a power steering message displayed so we went right back in and they said they would look at it. They did not have the part so since we never had an issue with the power steering we used it for 3 days. Unfortunately the power steering intermittently would completely stop working. They charged us $734.00 to fix the problem when we brought it back. I didn't think free recalls were supposed to break the car.

Prompt Service

I'm having a problem with oil consumption, I called service and they asked me to bring it in. They changed the oil, and now are doing a consumption test. While it was being serviced, they found 2 leaks in the trans and transfer case that we were unaware of. We are scheduling appointment to have them repaired.
