Please AVOID this BMW dealer at all cost. LOW BALLING, BAIT AND SWITCH. Me and my family just went there to buy a new 2019 BMW X3. We already AGREE on OTD price through email. However, when we are in there, the dealer Bryant Bustemente show us a 300 mileage x3 car and said it's a new car. We ask if there's a new one with lower mileage and then he shows us a new one with the same exact features. After that, we are good to buy but then he increase the price, different from email price, and said it's his mistake and computer mistake when sending the email. At this time, we are not stupid. We are unhappy and assumes this stupid dealership never commit to his promise and lie to consumers.

My experience dealing with BMW of Springfield was marred by several occurrences. First, an attempt to buy my car kept in excellent condition WELL BELOW its market value. To justify the extremely low trade-in value it initially offered, the dealership used the argument that car wholesalers were not interested in my car, due to reported damage (some guy had reversed into my parked car at a youth soccer game). When I refused to trade in my car at that price, the manager eventually claimed that he had convinced a wholesaler to buy the car at a better price. Just days after buying my car, however, the dealership itself listed it for almost $5,000 above the final trade-in price, with NO mention of the damage in the listing. Second, a string of statements and representations by the salesperson, which were later contradicted by the manager, or simply retracted, called the dealership's honesty and integrity into question. I would NOT buy from that dealership again. Did I mention that it took three attempts before the service department could professionally repair preexisting damage on the wheels of the car they sold me?

Showed up at 7:30 pm drove away at 9:30 pm Vlad did everything necessary to create a deal that was perfect for us. Even filled the car for us on the way home.

I purchased a beautiful 2009 acura tl sh-awd from bmmotorsports i am very happy to say that this was a very smooth transaction the the person who assisted me was mr Ed Hamd. I won a contest at this dealership showed up and never received my gift called a couple times and was told that it's going to be in the mail going on 4 weeks and never received it and if you can't trust them with that how can you trust them with buying a car from them I am a business owner myself and I would never do that to any of my customers but I will tell my customers about this and do not go to that car dealership

Michael Kozak was great. This was my first time buying a car and he was very patient, took the time to work with me and provide knowledge about financing a car and didn't stop until he got me in the car I wanted. He's also a man of his word I told him when I set the appointment I had to be out of the dealership by a certain time for work and he honored that. It was a pleasure doing business here Michael made sure I left satisfied and everyone else there pitched in to do whatever it took to make sure of that.

this dealer is the worst dealer to go to buy a car the owner is [non-permissible content removed] and the service manager is another [non-permissible content removed] that doesn't know how to treat customer I bought a used car and the same day I had to come back to get car serviced and they gave a hard time but when they were trying to get me to buy the car they were nice until I signed and got the car. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER I GURANTEE YOU WILL REGRET IT they are horrible then I went a week later to get car serviced again and they told me I needed new brakes, sensors and rotors and try to charge %589 that my warranthy doesn't coer
