George! You are the man! He let me know upfront about things and gave me the feeling that I was driving the sale. The sales manager; Mario was very supportive of making the deal and very pleasant to talk with; as well as finance, im thinking his name was Jim, i probably am wrong as I don't attach to names. Great experience.

We visited 2 other Subaru dealerships before going to Victory. I read several positive reviews about specific sales specialists and service at Victory, and although Victory is a little farther than other dealerships, we felt it was worth the trip. We were very pleased to be greeted by Bilal as he was one of the more mentioned specialists on the reviews. Bilal was very patient and knowledgeable, and we did not feel hurried or pressured to purchase. We did purchase a 2021 Crosstrek that day. Our experience with each point of contact at Victory was positive. This summer is not the ideal time to purchase a vehicle because of the microchip shortage, but at least we are assured the lifetime engine, powertrain, and transmission warranty guaranteed by Victory. Hopefully we will not need such service. This is our first Subaru and would gladly go back to Victory if we buy another.

Went to this dealer for first time after finding out they had one 2 cars in stock of the model I wanted - the Subaru Crosscheck Limited Model. Due to the pandemic ending and a scarcity of cars all over the county, it's been a great challenge leasing a car of my choice at the price range I can afford. Not only did I discuss lease pricing over the phone for the Crosscheck Limited SUV, but they honored the exact numbers when I went in person to make the lease purchase. They were all very friendly and professional and I drove away with the exact car I wanted the same day ! Would highly recommend this dealer to family and friends !

The car buying experience with Aaron at Victory Subaru was phenomenal. He is exceptionally nice and easy to work with. Unlike some other dealerships I bought cars from, Victory Subaru continues to help me with my car and answers my follow-up questions after the purchase. The kind of friendliness they display is not easy to find anywhere else. This is the kind of dealership you want to buy a car from. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to buy from them if they are looking for a Subaru.

Bilal helped me purchase my second Subaru from Victory Subaru and he was absolutely the best. He delivered amazing customer service and was determined to find my perfect car. He listened to what specs I was looking for in a new car and he managed to actually save me some money while upgrading my car and attaining everything I was looking for in the car. I am absolutely in love with my upgraded WRX and can thank Bilal and the entire staff for all their help. I definitely will only be purchasing my car from VIctory Subaru going forward.

I was looking for a pre ownerd vehicle on the lot. I was looking for a car with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles (manual transmission, black exterior). I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and my customer service rep (aaron p.) handled me very well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service.

Bilal took great care of me during my search for a 2020 BRZ in the exact specification that I wanted. We went from negotiations to a done deal within a few phone calls. With the current situation I wanted to do as much from home as possible. Bilal accommodated my request and it took all of 40 minutes upon arriving at the dealership on the day of pickup, signing off on some final paperwork and driving home. Definitely the easiest and most relaxed car buying experience I've had. Thank you again Bilal! Loving the car.
