ATROCIOUS!! That about sums up my experience!!

ATROCIOUS!! That about sums up my experience at Circle Hyundai in one word! If I could give less than a one star rating, I would. I've never dealt with a Sales Manager like Vincent Lorenzo, that essentially leads on a potential customer from online to in-person, with nothing but sales price lies and mischievious tactics explaining his pricing for a potential new vehicle purchase/trade-in. From a large ad with small fine-print online advertisement to get you in the door; to car sales price adjustments that don't match car window stickers or online deals or MSRP prices, that Is not how an "honest" dealership should operate. If can give advice to anyone, please do yourself a favor and LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR NEXT VEHICLE!

Salesman sold us on features car didn't have he didn't review the sticker on a later date reviewed the sticker and said delivery charge I'm not sure what that is his sales manager called him an idiot when we returned requesting a return due to features promised not delivered we paid top dollar cash for a cut back model

Horrible lease return experience

I had a good experience leasing a car with this dealership until it was time to turn it in. When i returned the car I was sent a letter for a fabric stain charge and a scratch on the tire. I purchased insurance from the dealership to cover interior damage because I have 2 young kids. When I addressed this with Hyundai they directed me to the dealership. I have requested a copy of the lease agreement 3 times and I still have not received it and no one at the dealership wants anything to do with it. It showed me a lot about the true value of the service they brag about. It is not fair to the consumer to get charged for things and not have the right to question them. I would not recommend leasing with this dealership.

I dealt with Vince M. to buy my Hyundai Tucson . He is the sweetest guy and always follows up. Great customer service. He was willing to even deliver my car to my home and he did which is about a half an hour away He made the process of buying the car so simple and easy. Now I'm driving my Tucson and I LOVE the vehicle! I would highly recommend the sales dept at Circle Hyundai . I could've have bought my car at other stores but the sales guy wouldn't budge on the deal. Great deal, great service...what more can you ask for!! Please ask for Vince M you won't regret it

I came to Circle Hyundai in Shrewsbury N.J. in the beginning of March 2015 and Mr. Mucci assisted me asap. I only came to collect information as to a trade in and before I new it I was in a 2015 Elantra and my 2012 Elantra emptied out that evening . Mr. Mucci was also very entertaining and very knowagable he was a wealth of information . I would diffently recommend him to friends and family . Thanks Again Hyundai and Mr. Mucci .

Came to Circle Hyundai and was greeted by Vince Mucci who was very pleasant and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and comfortable with all the features and options in the car. He took his time and explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable in the vehicle. He even took the time to explain things not only to my husband and I but also to my older son who was with us. He assured us that if we had any questions or needed anything,, we could call hi and he would be available to help us. Overall we had a very good experience at the dealership especially with our salesman Vince Mucci,. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Vince to friends and family

No pressure experience

We have just bought a brand new Hyundai from Craig C. Let me tell you that we went in there with our guards up after being beat up at other dealers. Craig was standing out side when we pulled up. Instead of attacking us and running to our car like other dealers he politely waited until we got out and approached us. He immediately shook our hand and thanked us for coming in. At first we were a little nasty but he broke down that wall we had up. Unlike other dealers that only wanted to know if we wanted to buy a car "TODAY" he took us to his seat and asked us how he could help us out. We then told him we would like to look at some new cars. During the whole time he was very professional and made us feel like we were having a normal conversation with a friend other than other sales people who were very pushy and rude. We then picked out the car we wanted and began to negotiate. Craig the made the negotiation very easy and not once did we feel like he was being dishonest. We agreed on a fair price and took the car home that day. All the salesmen there were very nice and congratulated us and thanked us for our purchase. The sales manager Vinnie was also very kind and gave us free mugs that we love! We will be customers for life and will be telling all our friends and family! Thank you Circle Hyundai!!!
