Great place & muffins

Stopped attwo other Ford dealers before landing here. glad I did!! My old man always said you have to go to the big dealerships to get a best deal. he would drive to rt 22 in Union and go all over looking to score/ I followed his advice. Did my reaserch and found the to biggest dealers in the area. I wasted a toll on the outerbridge to go to staten island.... never again, and a friend recommended amercian on rt 9. the salesman there couldnt give me a straight answer. long story short I landed at george Wall. Ed took care of me. Fed me muffins. I had about 3 muffins during the process. They sweetened me up. hahaaa ha! Muffins a side, I got a great price and never felt rushed or forced to make a deal. If youre looking for just an easy going buying experience and not a forced time, go see georgeWall!

From the moment I walked in, everyone at George Wall Ford was super helpful and accommodating! Despite coming in with a challenge, Bob was a great and thorough salesman. He was able to work out the exact car I wanted with miles that would work best for me! It was a process, but I walked away with my own car and a great experience! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends and family!

I called the dealer in late afternoon and asked to confirm my Ford internet search of a specifically optioned C-Max. Within minutes, all was confirmed, a good price was quoted and I agreed to buy my new car. Asked if I needed to leave a deposit, I was told no. The keys were placed in a draw and would await my visit. The next morning, my new car (and a driver) met me at the train station and every interaction paralleled this throughout my experience. Absolutely a great way to buy a car

Great experience in leasing for the first time!

From the moment I emailed my interest in leasing a vehicle, I was contacted by phone and email. I phoned back and got Jeff who met me at my convenience and assigned me to Joe Celli who was wonderful. He questioned me until he understood exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and then took me on 2 test drives - a Fusion and a Focus. Then Jeff and Manager Matt really worked hard to come up with a financial deal I could accept. I was able to do preliminary paperwork, give a deposit and return anther day to finish the paperwork. the business Manager was also very adept and helpful. When I came to pick up the car Joe Celli took a lot of time instructing me on all the aspects of the 2015 Focus since I had not had a new car in 10 years, and many things were new. I had a wonderful experience throughout the whole process!

I am a lover cars, especially new ones thus I purchase one approx every 2-3 years...I am also 74 yrs old thus I have been buying or leasing many cars & varieties of over my lifetime...I can truthfully state that everyone I met @ George Wall bent over backwards to make my visits & purchase one of if not The Best experience I ever had in any car dealership...I also love my new MKX, albeit I have had now for a mere 4 days...I think Lincoln hit it out of the ballpark with this 2016 model

I wanted to buy a used car through the internet to avoid the all-too-common hassles of visiting a dealership. Although there were a couple problems with my internet purchase at George Wall, when I took the problem to the owners (the Wall brothers) the problems were immediately rectified. I'm sorry if this makes more work for them (they were great). I recommend the dealership therefore without hesitation.

I just purchased a vehicle from George Wall Ford, Overall it was a great experience. We came in to do a final test drive and compare engine options, it was down to 2 vehicles, after the test drive we knew what we wanted however I had to head home to get my kiddo from school, we knew we wanted to work a deal so they actually let me take the car home and come back to finish the paperwork. This extended test drive was nice to be able to drive the car on our roads without a sales guy. I know it's all a sales tactic but frankly it's good one for both. We came to a good price on our Ford of choice (exactly the color, intererior, engine, options we wanted) fairly quickly and with out to much stress. The process was fairly smooth and prompt. I would definitely consider George Wall Ford for a future purchase.

was promise floor mats for car , spend a lot of $$$ but was told no mats, all cars come with mats, manager told me either way mats will be urs..... Taking forever to get answer for the car warrenty to transfer over to me ) new owner

I am always amazed that I can walk into George Wall Ford Lincoln, speak to my favorite sales person Kate, and drive away in a new car with absolutely no hassle or issues. But that is always the way at George Wall. I have never felt comfortable at any dealer and always felt I had to walk in ready for a fight. Kate and Bret are different. They never try to talk me into anything. Its just a friendly discussion. I have purchased here many times for myself, my family, and my business. I also get everything serviced at George Wall. They have never failed to impress me. I recommend George Wall highly!

I just purchased a 2016 Ford Escape. My customer experience with sales representative Chuck Donlin was exceptional. He listened to my needs, and looked for the features I wanted in a new car. He found a vehicle that fit my qualifications and involved a trade of my current car. He worked hard to get me into the price range I required with the services I needed. He followed up on my satisfaction with the car, and today spent extensive time training me on the workings of the media system and the dashboard and steeling wheel controls. He was patient and helpful and when we had a snag with one feature, made numerous calls to get me the information I needed. I bought my new car at George Wall due to the service and attention I have received for over 8 years on my Mercury Mariner. The dealership, and specifically Chuck, and the service department understand the power of a relationship, customer service, and repeat business. I hope I am as happy with my new car as I was with my Mariner. I felt like I was treated as a valued member of the George Wall Family.
