I took my car for its first service and was very happy with the whole experience. I called and was able to bring in my car the same day and get it back quickly while I waited. I even got a video of the engine bay with the Technician explaining all that he did. This wasn’t the closest dealer to me to get service done but I’m glad that I went those extra miles.

Wayne Schneider, my advisor, kept me informed as the car received service. Although this service was only an oil change and fluids check (and complementary car wash, even though it was almost 6 pm), Wayne walked me through the other recommendations for future service. Because I have a Prius C (and I want to keep this car a lot longer!), many of the future recommendations will need to be done at a Toyota Service Center, and I would not bring the car anywhere else.

Stood behind used car sale with repairs

I had an unwelcome surprise of needing to buy a car over the holiday break and, frankly, don't like buying cars. I had test-driven (probably about 10 minutes total) a used Honda CR-V that Prestige had for sale which was clean, drove well and reasonably priced. Within 5 minutes of pulling out in my newly-purchased car, the SRS (airbag) warning light came on...sigh. It came on and off randomly the next day as well. The manual and subsequent online research indicated it could have been one of several things, the most significant of which was that the SRS system may not be functional at all. I was highly concerned and Prestige's service department made an appointment for a diagnosis the same day I called. Although it took a few days to get the part/s needed from Honda, the repairs were made at no charge and it's been fine since. I found the entire experience of buying and subsequently servicing the car very satisfying! The people that I worked with - Jessiline in Customer Service (?), Miro in Sales, another gentleman in Finance (can't remember his name), and Kristina and Glenn in Service - were professional, responsive and nice! Thank you, Prestige Toyota...I'm happy to recommend your dealership!

Emanuel is an asset at Prestige Toyota, he treated us with lots of respect, politeness, & professionalism. He made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns, and when he didn't have the answer he went to the right people and provided us with the correct information. Emanuel is friendly and very helpful. So although I had to pay over 7k the MSRP price due to "chip shortage" , Emanuel made it less painful. Kudos to Emanuel!

I have to say, purchasing a new or used car from a dealership is not always a good experience, but Prestige Toyota has set the standard for the industry. I went in to look at a used vehicle which was an off brand for this dealer. I was met by an extremely courteous staff and introduced to Andy. Andy is a salesman who knows what he is doing and knows how to treat a customer. No high pressure sales tactics or "What can we do to put you in a car today" games. He was straightforward, honest, and got me the best possible deal I could have received. He made the whole process simple, smooth, and I left knowing I was well taken care of. I will continue to use Andy and Prestige Toyota as my go to for my future vehicles. The simply are Fantastic!!

We are VERY pleased with our car buying experience. Our salesperson (Andy Eagle) was amazing. He was patient and 'listened' to what our needs/wish list were. He was NOT pushy in trying to convince us to buy something we didn't want/need. After spending several hours with Andy one day, test driving several cars, we still were not set on what we wanted and left the dealership. Two days later, Andy called to let us know that a Certified car just became available, and thought we might want to consider it. We went to test drive, and it was a done deal.... we are new Toyota 86 owners! I will recommend Prestige Toyota (specifically Andy Eagle) to any of my friends who are car shopping.
