Tony at Liberty Kia did was very helpful and followed up on making sure that we had all the right information to find the perfect car for us. He is a straight shooter and does not pressure you in any way. He gives you the information that you need, the time that you need and makes sure that he has answered all of your questions that you have. Pleased to Tell My Story Disheartened after contacting 4 potential dealerships in our search for affordable, available stock...we remembered Kia. Having had fond memories of one we had previously owned " back-in-the-day," I called and was greeted with a welcoming, hopeful voice who was able to offer us several desirable options. We chose to lease the Kia Forte 2021, a metallic blue sporty car. On the phone I joked with my salesman, Tony, as we noted that LIBERTY Kia corresponds with our address of LIBERTY Ct. We took that to be a sign that we were in the Right Place to make this essential and consequential purchase. At the onset of our Face-to-Face meeting that day, Tony's greeting made us feel like family. We were relaxed in his presence. His comfortable, professional, focused, unhurried attitude allowed us the freedom to ask questions and explore every avenue with confidence in his authentic, reliable responses. 2 special safety features on our Kia are worth noting and celebrating: 1)The alarm that alerts you when you have crossed the white line...(as I have nodded off in the past while driving.) 2)The automatic STOP to prevent collisions...(as I have hit deer in the past who have darted out without notice.) Then...there is also the switchblade styled key...Very Cool! At the close of our transaction, a picture was taken of my husband, my son and myself (complements of Tony). Car shopping is rarely an enjoyable experience, but Liberty Kia was by far the most pleasant place I went. After multiple dealerships not having the car I made an appointment for ready to test drive, Liberty Kia was a breath of fresh air. Tony came in on his day off to let me do a test drive, he was willing to negotiate, and didn't tack on a bunch of absurd fees. Just a genuine and honest experience. The paperwork after closing the deal was simple and quick too. Dave the manager and his team run a great operation!

I hate going car shopping... but the staff at Liberty KIA was delight to work with. Just leased a new KIA Forte from Liberty KIA and it was actually a nice car buying experience for once. Tony Catalano was the sales associate who helped us with the entire process and he was friendly, patient, answering all the questions and concerns we had, informative and very professional. Best Car Buying Experience ~ EVER!

Before making an appointment, I reached out to Liberty KIA to get some prices so I knew a ballpark before making the trip. Tony Catalano got back to me right away with the numbers I was looking for! I couldn't believe it! All other dealerships that I had reached out to with the same inquiry replied with, "Why don't you come in first and then we'll talk numbers." Well, I have been down the road before so no way was a falling for that! I am happy to say that with all of the info we were looking for, we made an appointment with Tony at Liberty KIA and now we are VERY happy with our beautiful Sorento SX (with all of the options we wanted and the monthly payments we were looking for)! This was by far the smoothest car buying experience we have ever had! We will tell everyone to go to Liberty KIA in Ramsey, NJ!

I had a wonderful experience today and Liberty Kia and left with my new Sportage! The sales person was Tony Catalano and he was very patient and informative. (I had just had a bad experience at another dealership and was a bit flustered.) I felt that the General Manager, David Perrotti, treated me like family, and I was so glad I wandered into this dealership! I am definitely a cross over to Kia. This was my first car buying experience and I am happy to say that is was a pleasure.

After finding the exact same 2021 Kia Forte GT-Line in Gravity Gray on several different Kia dealer’s websites, I sent an email to four dealers giving each one the opportunity to sell me this car. While three of the four dealerships replied back with stereotypical sales tactics and no concrete answers, Tony Catalano from Liberty responded in a very timely and efficient manner with answers to all my requests. Thanks to his sales manager Dave Perrotti, Tony was able to give me a great price and was right there with fast responses to my follow-up email inquiries. Early that evening, I came in for a scheduled test drive. There was never any hard-sell sales tactics. Instead Tony was easy going and extremely down-to-earth. I cannot express enough what a pleasure it was to work with him. Two days later, I came in to pick up my new Forte. The car looked great and, after Bernadette O’Keefe efficiently explained all the details of the transaction, Tony took his time to go over all the detailed features of the car. This little Forte replaces my 19-year-old van and I love it! If you are reading this review, I can only say, ask for Tony Catalano and give Liberty a chance to sell you your next car. This is the second car I’ve purchased from Liberty and they are all great people to work with! No pressure and straight forward, they will take all the stress out of buying a car and actually make it a very enjoyable experience!

Great experience with Liberty Kia. Decided to visit Liberty Kia when the Sportage was added to my wife's our short list of SUVs - we would have saved a lot of wasted time and frustration going here first. From our scheduled Sportage test drive, price negotiations and final purchase our sales rep, Tony Catalano was friendly, accommodating and always responded to our e-mails and phone calls (Unlike the majority of other dealers we had visited). Not only were we treated as a valued customer, the entire experience was pressure-free. On the day we picked up the car, Tony took the time to go over the all the features and operations of the Sportage making sure my wife was 100% comfortable with it before driving it away. Also, unlike dealership and reps I've dealt with in the past, Tony has maintained contact with us whether to check how we like the car or if there's anything we need. We has such a positive and great experience with Liberty Kia that they will be my first stop when I'm ready to sell my Honda Pilot.

I'm so glad I went to Liberty Kia in Ramsey, NJ to buy my Kia Sorento. I had originally wanted a smaller vehicle, but after working with Tony Catalano and his Sales Mgr Dave, I ended up getting the Sorento at a price that was right for me. The Sorento is a bigger model, with a third row of seats, and is also equipped with a few things I really wanted, like the panorama sunroof. Tony walked me around the lot to look for a certified pre-owned vehicle. I liked the way he put aside time to spend with me and helped me look around the lot. It was Tony who spied the Sorento, it had just come into the lot that day and needed to be cleaned up. I expressed that I wanted to see it and test drive it anyway, and Tony was with me when I took it for a drive. I loved it! That very day, the Service Mgr, Jim Kenny, put it into the shop to clean it up and check it out. Jim was able to ensure that the car was totally up to snuff for me, and a few days later, I came back to finalize the deal. The car was beautiful! While it was Certified Pre-Owned, it certainly looked and smelled new! Jim and his team did an awesome job, and I look forward to working with Jim and his team again in the future for any service needs. That day, Tony sat with me in the car and showed me all the features -- WOW! He did a great job of explaining everything in the car and even shared some stories of some past Sorentos that he owned personally. Tony, while professional, made it personal and it felt great to buy this car from him. He was a great help to me that day, and he's there for me still if I should have any questions. I would refer anyone to him and the crew at Liberty Kia. This was a great experience!

I called Tony Catalano regarding a used VW Atlas they just received. It was difficult to find the specific car I was looking for so I put a deposit down right away. Tony made everything very easy for us. He took all my calls over the two days until I could come in. When I got into the dealership, he expedited the process. I was in and out in under two hours. Bernadette was fantastic as well with all the paperwork. I was not pressured nor uncomfortable anytime during the transaction. It was truly the best car buying experience I have had. Plus they took all the COVID precautions to keep us and them safe. I highly recommend Tony as he is a nice, straight forward person who is easy to work with.

This dealer is awesome! Tony the sales consultant was AMAZING in accessing my wants within my new vehicle and making sure I was happy in every way from color, trim, to seat color! I had the best time here and usually I hate going to dealers... but not this one! Tony was truly awesome and so was the manager Dave. Dave was also super helpful in achieving my goals of a new vehicle! Dave and Tony are outstanding at what they do and are truly looking out for their customers. If you need to buy a car, buy a highly rated Kia. If you decide to buy a Kia. buy it at Liberty Kia in Ramsey, NJ It was the smoothest ever process of buying a car. Our salesman, Tony Catalano was knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. Though he needed approvals from David Perrotti, the sales manager, they spoke right in front of us, none of those "secret" meetings. We changed our minds often and asked lots of questions. Never felt pressured and when we decided on a 2019 Optima, we were given a fair price.

I had the most pleasant experience at Liberty Kia in Ramsey, NJ. From the second I walked in the door, Dave was available to help me. Anthony Catalano, and the other Anthony were not only extremely pleasant but also a pleasure to work with! They made the experience of buying a car pain free. I walked away with a good feeling. Usually buying a car is a stressful experience but I had nothing but a good feeling after buying a vehicle. Thank you guys so much!
