BAIT AND SWITCH… Wasted 2 hours of my day traveling to see a car that was not there. I saw a car that was a great deal on true car. I called in to get information about the car and spoke to someone named Brandon. I explained to him that I was interested in the car and wanted to know about any issues there might be as I would be coming from over an hour away to see it. He made clear there were no issues. I called back to double check that there was nothing I needed to know about the car. I told him I would be buying the car if everything was as he said it was but was coming from far away and wanted all the information I could get. I kept asking about any issues because the price was almost too good to believe and I was buying the car for my daughter who has just started driving. He assured me there were no issues. I told him I was on my way and he said to text him when I got there. When I got there, there was no Brandon. They said he was a phone operator not a sales person. I told the sales person what car I was there to test drive and buy. She looked up the car and said it was a loner car and that the car was not there. She then offered to show me other cars… DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH SALES TACTICS.

BM Motors in Rahway NJ is a great place to purchase a vehicle, everyone was very professional, they made my experience a joyful one and reassured me that I would get the vehicle the same day, test drive went smooth, the paper work was done quickly, and they took care of getting me new plates and the registration. I came here on a recommendation to find a good deal on a used car. I called a few days ahead of time to get more information on the vehicle I was researching. He and the rest of the team provided help and answers for every question I had. I ended up buying the vehicle that I wanted and I'm very satisfied. I went in there at 6pm, spent over an hour giving my credit details without getting to hear a single word about their dealership. When I asked them "tell me about you", he(Edward) started saying im single 52 etc etc, ofcourse that was the fun part but he chose to neglect/ignore the question and didn't answer the question. Although I had a few issues with the visa, i wanted to atleast see the car for which i spent 2 hours on road. I asked him atleast 3 times to show the inventory but kept on hearing from him to talk with my bank first and come on Tuesday and he would show good cars. Will not go here, here's why: 1. Did not prefer to tell me about the dealership. 2. They did not prefer to show the inventory before financing is confirmed.(dont even think about seeing the car before financing is confirmed. 3. Did not care to ask even for a glass of water. 4. Before even talking about the price, they wanted me to put on 5k first (it doesnot make sense, before talking about the price of the vehicle, how can they even ask for 5k downpayment). I think it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Will not even think of stepping there again.

Never and I mean never purchase a vehicle from these people. Worst first experience of my life. First off ed my salesman was the biggest lying [non-permissible content removed]. Lied to me over the phone, in person for 8 hours just to sell a car. They'll smile in your face until paperwork is signed, then they don't care a bit about you. I got ripped off, they ran my lowest credit score, they charged me 18% in interest. They made me pay more for fees than the actual car was, and lied about the price of the car by 3,000! I saw two customers get chased out of their dealership because their salesman wanted to rip them off and the salesman actually chased them out the door telling them to come back in. Should have left then. Erica at the front desk was the most unprofessional greeter and extremely rude! Always hung up on me when I would call, never put management on the phone. Then randy the GM.. you'd think he'd be on my side to help in anyway? Absolutely not. Lied to me on multiple occasions. Took my downpayment.. and never refunded me when I returned the car. Lied about fees I had to pay. I have never seen such rude, unprofessional people in my life. Not a word they said was true. I returned the car last night. I will never recommend anyone to buy a car from these people. They are [non-permissible content removed]! I got hooked up with a new year newer car.. for almost half the monthly payment in 20 minutes when I went to my local Toyota dealer. They took advantage of me to the fullest extent knowing I lived hours away and was a first time buyer. Please run while you can. There highest level of people who work her were the worst. Being sent to voicemail, being lied to, and being hung up on. I will write a review on every page I can find where they post there vehicles and continue to write the same reviews. 0 stars!

I went to this dealer bought a used bmw 3328i and when I was doing the application they were really nice but after I was approved it turned into a nightmare from the sales manager, financial manager and service manager these people were not good at all
