Brandon Denman our sales rep was outstanding from the first contact which happened via text. Our in person meetings only confirmed our first impression. He was considerate, friendly and very open as to the pricing and the overall process. Our impression is that we have been treated fairly monetarily and thru the entire process In addition we would like to point out that the entire front office staff at Crestmont Toyota from the sales people to the finance staff was incredibly friendly courteous and professional. Great Job

Wish I’d Found Them Earlier!

I went to Crestmont Toyota after I had already had extensive repairs on my Rav4 post accident, because it was out of alignment way earlier than it should’ve been. They discovered that the repair hadn’t been completed and gave me detailed diagnostic paperwork showing my tire was out by two degrees. They quoted me a very reasonable price and got me in the next day. Now my car drives as good as the day I drove it off the lot and because of the irrefutable diagnostics, my insurance company paid for the supplemental claim. Very glad to have found this service department and will be using them from now on. The whole staff is warm and welcoming. No shady vibe - just competent, and efficient service.
Best Car Buying Transaction

I want to give a very positive car buying experience from our salesman Brandon. At first earlier year I was looking for a hybrid Highlander then the GH came along. Brandon was very honest and upfront that he can custom order my car. I been to other Toyota dealership and they seem to not want my business by saying they can’t order. Well they lost my business and now I got a favorite Toyota dealership to buy my next one. Thank you Brandon for your excellent customer service you were on top of everything. Thank you a million.

Excellent Service in a tough environment

I called 6 Toyota dealerships searching for my particular car. 4 responded by saying they didn't have the car. One had the car, but wanted to charge $6000 over MSRP. Crestmont (and in particular, Brandon Denman) called me to say that I could order the car from future inventory, and pay MSRP when it arrived. I went to Crestmont, sat down, signed some papers, gave a small deposit and left. Five months later, the car arrived and was delivered as promised. The whole experience was efficient, courteous and helpful. I love my new car, which I could probably re-sell for $6000 over what I paid for it, but Crestmont didn't try to upcharge me for it. The world needs more auto dealerships like Crestmont, and reps like Brandon.

Bought a vehicle from here at MSRP with no mark-ups or any unnecessary/forced dealer-installed add-ons. Very straightforward, transparent, and upfront. Amazing internet staff as well who provide all the information you want on emails or calls without forcing or insisting you come in person. Inquired and finalized everything email, came in to pick up the delivery a week later, and signed the paperwork. Was out of the lot in 15 minutes. No pressure at the finance office as well. Very pleasant experience.

Crestmont is a very honest dealership. While many dealers want thousands over MSRP due to the nationwide car shortage, no car is sold over MSRP. Brandon was able to order our RAV4, upfront with all fees, tracked the status of its delivery and ensured that all the needed documents were prepared ahead of time. Once the car arrived, he spent over an hour demonstrating all the sophisticated tech. I highly recommend Crestmont and I am very appreciative of Brandon’s end to end expertise. 😀

Excellent professional service

Crestmont Service Department has numerous ways to book service appointment over the phone and online. Staff is pleasant and professional. Work is excellent. I brought my Rava4 in for oil change and tire rotation. They did an inspection and provided a report. They check tire pressure and topped washer fluid. They offer a shuttle ride to home or work if you choose not to wait in the waiting area as well as car rental options. The waiting area has television, WiFi, free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There are newspapers to read. There are couple of cubicles available yo work at while you wait.

The service staff and mechanics at Crestmont Toyota are top notch! I have always been treated courteously and professionally. Their diagnostics are spot on! All work is quoted up front and is done expediently. There is never a question as to the quality of work. Never a return. And pricing is reasonable. When we are in the market for a new Toyota, we will definitely purchase it from Crestmont, not only for the quality that Toyota is known for, but for the first rate service Crestmont provides!
