I knew my car needed a bit more work than a normal service, and was willing to stay. What I didn't count on was at least 3 hours! Scott offered me the ride home and to pick me back up later, which when he offered I'm not sure he realized how far away I actually was. Still, I was driven home (and made me wish I could buy an Explorer) and came back to pick me up in great time. A little over 3 hours later I was driving away in my car. The one thing I then didn't appreciate was getting an email telling me my 75,000 mile service is due when I was just over 73,000 now. Would it have hurt to do that service a little early instead of me having to come back for another service in just a couple of months. All American seem to have taken what I liked about Weisleider and improved upon it.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape. The service was excellent. We specifically came to see and deal with Kevin Karajz since we had leased a vehicle with his help for our daughter 4 years ago and always remembered his courteousness and the the incredible long length of time he spent patiently explaining every detail of the operation of the vehicle for us. This really stayed with us and we sought him out again and the experience was exactly the same - this time as well! Other members of the staff also made us feel welcome and comfortable and did everything in their power to help us with any questions and went out of their way to do something as trivial as holding open the door for us. I recently leased a 2016 Ford Escaoe late one Saturday afternoon. Without expecting to sit down and make a deal, I was THAT customer that walks on the lot at 5 PM - I was leaving when the cleaning crew was finishing up. My salesman Tom Landi was really personable and made everything about the transaction easy and pleasant, especially him looking at the car before the test drive saying, "Yup, this one is yours". I am not the first of my family to buy a car from Weislder by any means but I am officially the first to buy from All-American Ford Point Pleasant and I'll definitely be back.

Best service around....needed some repairs on my alternator and your service department took very good care of me. not only was the repair done right the first time but it was repaired in one day. quality work with great a great price. the best around when it comes to repairs on ford vehicles, not like the others that mis-diagnose the problem with inexperienced personal and just guess at the problem. I had both my vehicles repaired at the dealer in toms river in the past and every time they came back worse then when it went in and had to bring them back. i will not ever let them perform service work on any of my vehicles again....you have a new customer and a big thank you to Diane and Chris in service.

I bought a F150XLT from your dealership on 3/15/2016. I was pleased with the transaction. Tom the sales representative was thorough, and up front with all aspects of the transaction. Tom also arranged for the prompt installation of my bed liner the following day. Over all, it was a fine experience.
