Paul Miller Porsche provides excellent service. I brought my Cayenne to have a strange sound detected. They checked everything out, the service manager drove the car with the chief mechanic to see for himself and could not determine anything wrong. They charged me nothing for their effort and on top of it, I had free use of a loaner car and my Porsche was returned to me cleaned. They love their cars and treat their clients with respect and top service, even clients like me!

Amazing Experience!

I have purchased two vehicles from Paul Miller Porsche within the past year. The entire staff has been amazing to work with and it is probably the most pleasurable experience I've had at a dealership. My sales associate, Dan Gino, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from the point where we ordered a car until delivery. Communication was superb throughout the process. 5 stars - highly recommended!

Best used car buying experience imaginable

BEST USED CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IMAGINABLE, and I wasn't buying a Porsche. While I waited for the car I was interested in to come off the lift (it had just arrived as a trade-in and they were changing the oil AND THE TIRES) Roger Ziontz sat with me and went over the carfax and answered all the questions I had about the car and the price (again, this wasn't a Porsche). I said to him a couple of times, "please, go sell a Porsche instead of sitting with me and waiting." His reply was that I was his customer, no matter what car I was buying. If this dealership has a used car you're interested in buying, no need to shop around. You will not find better service or a better price anywhere. For used car buyers, beware that in NJ it is rare for a dealership not to tack on thousands of dollars in fees. Paul Miller Porsche had one nominal etching fee. That’s it. No games. To top off this excellent experience: when I arrived 2 days later to pick up the car, it looked brand new (it’s 3 years old with 40k miles). Every scratch, scrape, and noticeable imperfection was buffed out. Rims renewed. Inside detailed. I cannot say enough about this dealership. Thank you Roger and John.

Attention to detail

Dealership was very accommodating with me just stopping in with broken sun visor latch. Fixed it on the spot while I waited and even noticed a problem with my rear wiper blade arm and replaced it. All without a charge and with a smile. Great team at Paul Miller Porsche.

I have total confidence in this service department. Selina Cancel is a knowledgeable and professional service advisor. She will find a way to get you in for service as soon as possible. She is spot on with her estimates of time and costs, and keeps you apprised of any unexpected issues. We have never been dissatisfied with the work on our 2016 Porsche Macan...I really trust these guys! So the car is running great with 4 new aligned tires, brakes checked, and a wash! Ready for the next 25,000 miles. Avoid Belgium Block curbsides at all costs!!!

Supply chain issues

Straightforward and honest. Had one tire with blow out, another with nail and slow leak….( took days for replacement…..beyond the dealership control). Kept me informed and had as much support as needed. Did not have loaner at time of blow out , but offered one when available. I had considered dropping the insurance coverage that I agreed to at the time of the sale….advised not to by the staff there that I’ve known. They were right!! I’m grateful for there service and advice This is the4th car I’ve gotten from Paul Gavel….he and his staff are first rate!
