INCOMPETENT! That is the only word to describe this dealership. They told me the vehicle was available. As soon as I gave them my deposit it was "discovered" that the vehicle was already sold to someone else. The located the exact vehicle and would bring it in. It was not the exact vehicle, but they had already installed the accessories that I requested. Except that they installed the bed cover incorrectly and ruined the finish and it does not function correctly. So 2 weeks later a new cover is being installed by an outside vendor to insure a quality installation. They have also been harassing me about unnecessary paperwork. Only to admit today, after I have asked the question no less then 4 times, that it is not needed. I have over 10 hours of wasted time involved in the purchase of this vehicle. I can only hope that the Service Dept. will be better then the sales staff!!
