A Great Car Buying Experience

I recently traded in my old car for a new Chevy Equinox and my experience at Seacoast Chevrolet was wonderful! After a very bad experience at another dealership selling a different brand of car, I was very reluctant to go to any other dealership. After reading the previous great reviews about Seacoast Chevy, I decided to take a chance and visit the dealership. From my initial interaction with Fred, the individual who ended up selling me my car, I knew I was in the right place! Fred was very respectful of my budget and worked with me to ensure I could get the car for the best price possible all the while answering any questions I had with great patience. As Fred worked with me, the General Manager, Brian Broomell worked to get the best deal on the car I was trading in. Together, they made the whole sale possible! Walter, the Finance Manager, was incredibly thorough and walked me through the final stages of the buying process. He, like Fred, was respectful of my budget and worked with me. The receptionist was also kind in helping get bags to move my belongings from my old car to my new one. Overall, I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was. After having been a loyal customer to another brand, I now will consider Seacoast Chevy my place to go!
If their was a zero rating that's what I would leave

They charged my card and promised me it would be refundable four months later I have to take them to court for my money. Shop elsewhere

Out with the Old in with the New

I went in to get out of a lease very early because I was so unhappy after dealing with a different dealer. Gene at Chevy stepped in and did everything he could to get me out of that horrible car and into a brand new SUV. He even got me to a lower monthly payment. Every single person I dealt with at Seacoast Chevy were amazing, friendly, caring and most of all so helpful and attentive. It was greatly appreciated. I have never in my life left a dealership so happy and confident with my purchase.

My experience at Sea Coast, and with salesman Patrick C, was one of the best car buying experiences my family has ever had. My daughter needed a car and we had visited 4 other dealers last week test driving. Patrick was the first person that we met, and he took us through the entire process from test drive, to financing, to leaving the lot in our new car. Being a CPA and business consultant, I interface with car dealers often for my clients. I urge everyone shopping for a car, to make sure that you give Patrick C at Sea Coast Chevrolet an opportunity to give you the same excellent service I received.

A few days ago I purchased a new 2014 Chevy Cruze. I stopped into the dealership to check out their used car inventory. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Patrick C. I told him about my situation that I was in with my current vehicle. I was very indecisive about leasing a new car and purchasing a used car, and the entire time, Patrick was very relaxed and patient with me. When the time came to the negotiations Patrick made it very comfortable for myself, which is unheard of in the car business. Overall, I was very impressed and happy with Patrick, and I will be thrilled to send my family and friends to see him.
