I saw a 2008 Subaru Impreza sedan with 157500 miles for sale on Facebook and emailed dealership...walked into dealership with no expectations because price was $1500 below book value as per KBB... Frank disclosed immediately that the cars exhaust was bad...test drove and made offer below the asking price...to my surprise my offer was accepted immediately. Easiest negotiations ever! I would absolutely buy another car from Mcguire Chevy/Cadillac. Ask for Frank Philhower... I consider him to be very honest and forthright . He is a great asset to Mcguire.

The McGuire team keeps getting better with every purchase. Every one from the Salesman (Ronnie) who knows his vehicle specs without looking at a brochure or computer to Devin who runs service (and knows how to address issues and make them go away, to Erica who makes one feel like family with every purchase. The new dealership is spectacular from the view to the cleanliness and cooperation.

Got a good price using GM card points and a 10% off MSRP offer. Better than I could have gotten using discounts from AAA or other buyer services. Truck was found and delivered from another dealer inside 7 days.

Mom and I went in to look but did end up with exactly what we went in to inquire about. There wasn't any pressure at all. Our salesman Bob Lott was awesome, he showed us what I asked for and didn't try to persuade us to do something we weren't comfortable with. I absolutely would recommend this dealership and Bob to my friends and family.

This was the third time we dealt with McGuire and they never fail to disappoint. Jenna, our sales person, was cordial and accommodating -- a true pleasure to deal with. We have never experienced such a flawless transaction with any other car dealer (and through the years we've been to quite a few!) We will remain big fans of McGuire's and will continue to deal with them in the future.

Folks did a great job. No, to low, pressure sales. Provided all the options. Corrected little imperfections at no cost. Installed a new bed liner because the initial install was faulty due to manufacturing defect. Graciously responded to numerous questions and emails. I was very pleased with my experience and the attentiveness the staff were to my inquiries and concerns. No complaints. Proud owner of first "new" vehicle in 20 years.

So I walked into this specific dealer with the potential of purchasing a vehicle. I will be 100% honest, I could have purchased any vehicle(used or new) on that lot cash money and I left with the worst dealership experience ever. I chose to look into a used vehicle because of the online qoute. The salesman had no clue on the specific vehicle I asked about. Keep in mind that it was a vehicle that was sitting on their lot and for sale but he knew noithing of it. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one but what happened next is utterly and completely unacceptable. I then asked to speak to the sales manager in trying to somewhat negotiate. This individual made a potential customer feel like he was above me by aswering questions in a rude and self-centered manner and stated that I would be waisting there time by pursuing any and all options in the possible purchase of one of their vehicles. The worst part was that the owner was sitting right next to him and did nothing but make a sarcastic comment! I walked out flabbergasted and imagening how a place of business like that is able to operate successfully. Beware and be careful of what you are looking for when walking in through those doors!

I purchased a new Cadillac Deville in 1999 at McGuire. It was a fairly easy transaction. At the time there were not many to choose from. Now they have a larger selection. One thing I did was purchase the extended warranty. I believe this is a mistake with Cadillac that I will not do again. This was my 4th Cadillac. I took it in twice for Air Conditioning repair, both times they said it was fine and just needed to warm up. I took it in again later, the miles had gone past the warranty. What a surprise when they said $800 to fix it and sorry the warranty was past. Bottom line is I dont believe Cadillac dealers really look to correct service problems on cars that are under warranty. I also found in the past that the service pay better attention to you if you purchased the car there. I have a friend that says this is not true of BMW. All just my opinion.
