New guy, Chris, shines!

Chris was great to work with. Low key. Worked with us to meet our needs. Made the car buying process nice. Took delivery today. He was right there guiding us through the process. Helped my wife setup the Lexus app on her phone. Good guy! Will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Disrespectful, dishonest, no integrity

Service Director Wayne Gross gave $200 cost of repair. When car picked up, bill was double! Insisted that $200 quote be honored. Very reluctantly he changed bill to $200, then stated “I don’t want you to come back here again”. Who does this for asking that the price quoted be honored? Asked to talk to the owner(s) who never even returned my call…guess this level of customer disrespect and disregard trickles down from the top at Lexus of Cherry Hill now. Unacceptable! Avoid this place, they prey on you, lots of other dealers vying for your business…

A1 Service, as always

Lexus service is not cheap, even for basic things like oil and filter. Just over $100 today. The good news is that the quality of the service is top line. I’ve been a customer here since Lexus brand came out, about 30 years ago, and see no reason to change. These people know their product, and you the customer benefit. I don’t have to worry about paying for a fishing expedition for them to diagnose a problem.

Amazing service, again!

I have been working with Jamie Robinson, Master Certified Service Consultant, for the past two years. From the onset, Jamie has been an exceptional resource, no matter my needs. My car was in for service on yesterday. The service was amazing, primarily because Jamie goes above and beyond to ensure her customers’ experiences all consistently amazing . No matter what’s going on at the dealership or in Jamie’s personal life, she is always professional in her dealings. Jamie makes you feel that you are the only person at the dealership. Service like this is rare. Jamie is a gem!!

Great sales team and experience

My experience began online. Chris promptly responded to my initial online inquiry, and helped locate cars in their inventory that matched what I was looking for. The front door staff greeted me friendly. Michael in sales showed me the cars, and answered all of my questions during the test drive. Kurt made the boring paperwork portion of the sale go smoothly. At pick up, Michael had the car all ready to go, and went over everything in detail including setting up the Lexus app. Chris again was helpful in diagnosing my older model phone's compatibility with Android Auto. Everyone was professional, helpful, and friendly.

Great Service

Brought my wife's immaculate 2007 GX 470 (with only 33,350) miles in for service. This car is pampered and was time for its routine service. (oil change/filter) Our service advisor Jamie Robinson was superb (also a fellow Air Force veteran, thank you Jamie for your service). Greeted us and treated us with respect and professionalism as we went through the process that day. Kept us aware of the status throughout the stay as well. Another superb experience thanks to Jamie. Not sure who my technician was but please pass on my appreciation for taking care of our 16 year old truck. It came out washed and looking like it would be ready for the showroom floor again! Lexus of Cherry Hill- Keep up the great work!

Jamie Service Rep. The Best!

First class service… everyone at Cherry Hill Lexus are friendly and helpful! I especially want to mention Jamie Robinson my service rep. She is the most professional, conscientious and caring rep I’ve ever met. She returns my calls very quickly, and she advises me with such honesty about service that I totally trust her judgement. My 2016 Lexus always runs better after service and Jamie applies any discounts that might be applicable. As a 70 yr old lady, that is much appreciated! Cherry Hill Lexus is a wonderful dealership and their service department is the best! Jamie Robinson is a credit to her department and to this Lexus dealership. I return there each time I need service because of the trust and confidence I have in her and in Cherry Hill Lexus!

(From my fantastic long time Service Manager Fred Eller, to my awesome Sales Consultant Preet Bisla, to the customer care worker providing warm baked chocolate chip cookies, soft pretzels, and refreshing spring water. To the patient and genius Lexus Tech Specialist Chris Graver. Dead battery fixed
