Buyer Beware!!!!

I bought a used vehicle from CarLink in August 2023, which I had shipped to me. The vehicle still smells like an ashtray, despite me asking if there were any smoke odors in the car prior to purchase. I've steam-cleaned and deodorized it twice and the smell is engrained in the car. I had asked about any engine leaks or oil spots, or other issues with the car to which the salesman, Hali Garcia ensured me there were none. CarLink's claim is that "each car is gone over and thoroughly inspected" and a "family business". I took the car to get inspected and learned that to pass inspection it needs new brakes, a new valve cover gasket and PCV valve, and a tie rod. When I contacted Mr. Garcia and informed him of these issues to ask for CarLink to help make this right, I basically got a "too bad" response and verbatim comments from him were "the warranty wouldn't have covered those items anyway"; "it's not catastrophic"; and "it doesn't matter what you 'feel'". Thankfully I have the email chain to support everything in this review. $2,000 in repairs just to pass inspection is bad business. DO NOT buy a car from this dealer or trust Hali Garcia or you will get burned and totally misled. I'm not sure how these guys sleep at night.

I purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze from here yesterday and enjoyed my whole experience. The sales representative was really nice and allowed me to test drive several cars. Also, he was very candid about the price and terms of purchasing a vehicle, and that made it really easy to get a deal done. Thanks Car Link!

my wife and I bought a 2015 jeep compass for our daughter and it had a minor problem when we took it home.called and talk to rick and then craig in service about the problem. we took it in to the service center and they replaced the bad throttle body.we were happy with outcome.

Rick, The Store manager sold a car that I was interested in and he never gave me the opportunity because I was out of State. I was also willing to give him a substantial deposit but he never followed up for the sale

I was looking for a jeep wrangler for about 2 months I came across Carlink and Im so glad I did. Rick the sales person I spoke with was great very helpful and when I went there with my family everyone was so polite and helpful I dont remember them all but there was Victor and Ashton and Rick oh and they never tried to persuade me into getting any other vehicle that i was looking at. I will also be leaving a comment for the service dept

Saw the car I wanted based on a Craigslist ad. Called in, scheduled an appointment, drove the vehicle, made the deal. Easy financing, even with troubled credit. Rick and the finance team were great. I was in and out in less than an hour. This is the way Sales should be, no hassle, no pressure, in and out. Highly recommend!!

From the moment we walked in the showroom (which smells great btw) we were treated to a first class experience on all levels. The terms of our purchase were not only met, but exceeded. Fantastic experience

We were in the market for a used crossover in the 10k range we had been to 15 used car lots and were treated like afterthoughts at most. We ended up driving past Car Link and seeing a few cars that fit our criteria, we were treated like valued customers by Chet who worked with us and even found us a really nice Caddy SRX with less than 80k miles, for 3,000$ less than our max budget. When he informed us about the 90 day power train warranty I thought something to the effect of "yeah okay we're on our own if anything goes wrong" (which at 7k on a 10 year old car I was fine with). Sure enough our check engine light popped on the first day (ut oh) we called the dealership and they directed us to Matt in their service department, he found and fixed the problem in two days (bad ignition coil). This was a labor intensive job that was done free of charge and promptly, because they have their own (very professional and courteous) service department there was zero fuss or fight. It was truly a great experience that could have easily been miserable with a less professional lot.
