They sell junk used cars

Their so called mechanics make out inspection reports that are worthless. They sold me a rusted piece of crap. From the moment I left the lot I had nothing but problems. Oil leaks, steering problems, tire deflation. One mechanic finally showed me the car on the lift. The whole bottom was covered in rust. He said it looked like it sat in a swamp for years." Larry the salesguy" had no problem sealing the deal and taking my money for it though. I had to get rid of it just one year later,and I'm still paying for it.

After 25 years of car-free living, I recently had to get a vehicle to use for work. I knew I wanted a Mazda3, so it was just a matter of finding the right dealership. I first went to a Mazda dealer that was closer to my home in Philadelphia, but was completely put off by the aggressive hard-sell approach. In contrast, the people at Maple Shade Mazda are almost unbelievably pleasant, low-key, and helpful. I felt no pressure at all during any part of my experience here. In fact, Brian and Najee acted more like consultants than salespeople, and went out of their way to help me decide between leasing and purchase options (I ended up leasing). If you are looking for a car dealer that really does put the customer first, go here!

Friendly without the hassle

Customer Service seems like a lost art these days, but that cannot be said for the good folks at Mazda of Turnersville, in particular Kailesh Asher (my Sales Manager), and Mukesh Asher (my Sales Representative). Together, they helped me obtain the exact car I was looking for (2016 Mazda CX-5), at the right price, and in a straight-forward and convenient manner. Although I originally went there to look at the 2015 model, my subsequent research, and review of the soon-to-be release 2016 model, led me to want to wait. At no point did anyone try to pressure me to buy the 2015 model. In fact, they sat down with me to place an order for the 2016 model that would meet all of my requirements. When the first of the 2016 models hit the dealership, they invited me to see them and test drive one while mine was still in transit. When mine arrived shortly thereafter, that is when the true level of customer service was experienced. Not only did they walk through each step of the car buying process, but they did so without any pressure. I was out of the dealership and on the road with my new car within a hour. Kailesh Asher made the ordering process informative and kept me in the loop from beginning to end with phone calls and emails when there was news to be had. Mukesh took me on my test drives and explained all of the key features and shortcuts. He made sure I left the dealership with my cell phone already connected to the infotainment system, and all of the key shortcuts programmed. I cannot say enough about this dealership and the quality of the team working there. I am excited to enter a partnership with them to maintain my new vehicle and sustain my level of Zoom Zoom enjoyment. Thanks Mazda of Turnersville.

I recently purchased a Mazda. My salesperson was Paul. He was great. He was friendly, patient, understanding, and not at all pushy. I felt like an old friend was taking me on a test drive. He made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable. He didn't try to over talk me or use tricky language to persuade me. It felt like a genuine conversation. Also, Brian got me a good deal and he is very knowledgeable as well. I would definitely recommend Maple Shade Mazda.

As a young professional looking to buy my first car, I was a little nervous going into the process. I knew I wanted a 2015 Mazda6 but wasn't sure how to handle the salesman. Paul was very upfront and honest about everything and made the buying process very simple! He didn't push anything on me and was always looking out for my best interest. The manager Brian was also very helpful and fought hard for me to get the best terms possible. Overall I was thrilled with my experience, got a great deal, and love my new Mazda6.

I bought the 2015 mazda 3 and really pleased with the great customer service Paul provided. He's helpful and goes out of his way to make sure he can meet my needs for my desired car. Unfortunately, throughout the long process of paperwork I've never met the general manager which I find odd, just briefly with the finance manager.

I purchased 2011 Black Mazda 3 (vin # 3082). Sales Rep was Paul D and he was extremely pleasant and not pushy like a lot of car salesman. He went out of his way to make sure the car buying process went smoothly. I'd also like to mention Brian G who was equally helpful with processing some of the paperwork. Bought a new 2015 CX 5 last Saturday ( 9th of August) Steve T was my sales associate. Steve did an excellent job of promoting the CX 5's features and benefits. I believe he came up with a fair price for a fully loaded automobile which met my requirements. It's so loaded that the only thing I really need to purchase is my Zoom Zoom license plate holder. I've had the car three days and it is an excellent car. I believe that Steve's knowledge and the test drive won me over. Added note- I have done my fair share of business with the Penske Automotive group on the Black Horse Pike ( both Honda and Acura dealers) the test drive track is a joke. It is so curved that you can not get the car over 30 miles an hour. I test drove the Rouge and had no idea what the car would do under normal driving conditions. Cabin noise was an issue with the Rouge but was unable to determine if this was going to be a factor because we couldn't take the car out for a real test drive.
