A Pleasant Experience From Beginning to End

onWe visited Holman Infiniti to look at some of the late model, low mileage, precertified Q50s they had advertised online. Upon arriving, we were impressed by the beautiful building and the friendly staff. We were fortunate enough to have Anderson Douglas show us the car we were primarily interested in and answer all of our questions, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable about not only the Q50 but the other, non-Infinity models we were considering as well. When it came time to discuss price they were very fair, the internet price was honored (plus tax, tags, and registration fees, as expected), there were no additional, made up fees thrown in to artificially inflate the price of the car above the asking price. I have found myself sitting in many different car dealerships over the years and I can honestly say this was one of the most pleasant experiences I can remember. We picked up the car on the Friday evening of a holiday weekend. Upon arriving home we noticed that there was no owners manual in the glove compartment. I called Anderson and brought this to his attention and he told me it would be in the mail first thing Monday morning. I was hoping to get it by the end of the week. Tuesday morning the owners manual was delivered to my house followed by a call from Anderson on Wednesday just to make sure I received it. Anderson is a man of his word and a terrific guy to do business with.

Salesmen Dennis Smith

onOur salesman Dennis Smith was so knowledgable and honest with us. He was not pushy AT ALL and made us feel that we were making the right choice with the infinity QX 50 we are leasing. He was patient as we kept changing our minds and kept very cool with the many questions we were throwing at him. He was referred to us by a friend and I am so happy for that referral. When I tell other coworkers who I went through they with a smile said. Oh Dennis, he' s GREAT! That says it all!

onI have had excellent experience with Holman Infiniti since I purchased my M35X in 2006 and now just recently purchase a 2012 certified preowned M37X. The salesperson, Robin Murphy, was a pleasure to deal with; very knowledgeable about the car and accommodating. The Assistant Sales Manager, Poonya, was also very easy to deal with in arriving at a fair and final price for the car. I will continue to recommend the dealership and service to my friends.

Dishonest Sales and Disappointing Service

onI leased a 2013 JX35 for 39 months. My salesman was Sal DeRose. First thing I am disappointed about is the fact that i received a bill for a "disposition fee" not long after turning in my JX. I know NOW that this fee is common with leased vehicles, but I have leased before from another company and was never charged this fee. Secondly, Infiniti offers 2 options for service agreements. My wife and I chose the better package and Sal told us that the only thing we were responsible for were wiper blades and tires. At the time of my third service, when something other than an oil change was due, I was told that he signed me up for the lesser package. I was livid! I spoke with two of the managers there, one service and one sales, and I was told that it was my word versus his. My wife and I were very upset. She was there with me at the point of sale and she was the one that insisted on the better service package. We had many other issues with the service department, but there are too many to mention. As an example, we were leasing a 7 passenger SUV and I was very specific that I needed an SUV as a loaner. Repeatedly, they'd show up with a small sports sedan as a loaner. I was given the option of rescheduling weeks later or taking the sedan as a loaner. This created many problems considering my daughter's car seat did not even fit in the sports sedan, but they kept on doing it despite repeated complaints. All in all, once I signed the contract, they didn't care about me. I know that this dealership gets a lot of good reviews, but I feel very confident in saying that it is only because Holman Infiniti really pushes you to write a review immediately after the point of sale. If I had, I'm sure it would have been a very good review. I will not purchase or lease from this dealership again, and I recommend you consider other options as well.

Great Buying Experience and a Solid Deal

onI just bought my second Infiniti from Dennis Smith in the last six months and I truly could not be happier with the entire process. Dennis was really a pleasure to work with and is by far the most affable and good spirited person that I have ever met in the car business. Our negotiations were friendly but professional and ultimately I feel as though I got a very fair deal. You know, it's not too often that you can drive away from the dealership feeling completetely satisfied with the entire experience but I've felt that way twice now. Hell, I even enjoyed their coffee ☺ After my dealings with Dennis and everyone else at Holman I honestly wouldn't consider buying an Infiniti anywhere else.

Couldn't imagine a better experience

onOther than a test drive when the G first came out, I have never driven an Infiniti before (though I've always liked the look of them). I hadn't bought a car in six years, so I was trying to get a feel for what was on the market, what my options were, etc. Sean was really wonderful. He gave me all the information I could possibly need while not overwhelming me. He was easy to work with and very friendly. He gave me my space while also giving me the guidance I needed to pick the car that was best for me. I really couldn't have had a better experience. We will be back when it's time to buy my husband a new car, and I will certainly recommend Holman Inifiniti and Sean to anyone who is in the market.

onThis was my first lease purchase although I've owned several cars in the past. Greg Z has been outstanding to work for from start to finish of the lease process. He went out of his way numerous times to make sure my needs were easily met. I can't say enough about my great experience at Holman working with Greg! My boyfriend recommended that I work with him as he was the same person who helped him out on a custom built car. Thank you to them for the outstanding service! I never felt pressured to make an immediate decision of any kind and my questions were always met with answers that I understood. Thank you! I absolutely love my QX60!!!!

Great Car ---- Not Honest Sales Rep

onWe worked with Chad on purchasing a pre-owned 2013 Infiniti G37. I am very happy with the car but sales process could have been much better. The negotiations of our trade in took forever and we were disappointed in the typical car saleman BS with making ridiculous low-ball trade-in offers. They specifically referenced items in the carfax report that we later found out did not appear. This was used to give us less than what was fair for our trade. He also told us the car we were purchasing was a "fleet vehicle" and when we took it to another Infiniti dealer they looked into it in more detail and said it was a rental car vehicle not a fleet vehicle, which was backed up by paperwork found stuffed behind the glove box. Once we agreed on a price I specifically asked for a new license plate given my current one was damaged and was told no problem, that they would take care of that. I had to follow up 3 times and finally the last time I followed up he blamed my husband saying the "cost for a new plate was $200.00 through them and he told me not to order it". Once again a total lie. I just ordered a new one myself today for $7.50. I really don't appreciate the dishonesty and hassle, but overall happy with my vehicle and Infiniti.

Decent Infiniti Dealer Gone Bad

onGeneral Manager "timmy" refused to give the $ 2000 factory incentive on a 2013 "M" with all options . Considering we bought a dozen cars from Holman since they opened the store, we went to Lexus of Cherry Hill , and bought an ES350 , and Mercedes of Cherry Hill , and bought a c 300 Luxury that had all the safety features as the Infinity . We knew Timmy" when he sold Cadillacs at Holman . Selling Infiniti's is an art .

onI just leased a 2012 G37x and had another great experience with this dealership. I found the car from the inventory that was on the lot. They met my needs price wise and the car was ready for me the following day. I have dealt with the same salesperson for at least 12 years. Always a pleasure working with him. The rest of the staff that I worked with in closing the deal were also very pleasant. Holman Infinity is a great place to find a fair price on an automobile and a great place to do business with. Highly Recommend!

Great Experience

onI just leased a 2010 G37X and had the best experience ever. I selected my vehicle from the inventory on the dealer's website and requested a quote on Saturday evening. I received a call on Monday morning. The price was great (way below invoice) and I drove 48 miles to make the deal. They beat all the local dealers by far. I picked up the car on Tuesday. There were no hassles or suprises. The internet coordinator, salesman and finance manager were all very pleasant. I highly recommend Holman Infinti.

Bogus "Inventory"!

onDo NOT trust what their website inventory claims. Drove 30 miles to view one of the Nine 2009 G37x's they showed. When I got there they had one, and it was sold. Salesman said "Oh, that information is wrong". Ho-Hum..."The 2009s wouldn't be in for 2 months". Wasted my time and gas.

onI couldn't get the deal because their price was a little higher than others in area. But, the issue was their trade-in value way lower than other dealers (I'm talking about 3k to 5k diff.).

onI tried to buy my car three times at this dealer(2005, late 2006, and Oct. 2007). I couldn't get the deal because their new price is usually a little higher than others in area. However, the really big different is their trade-in value is always way lower than other dealers (I'm talking about 2k to 4k diff.).
