Being a store manager of a many multi million dollar store it almost pains me to leave this negative review. Justin, my salesperson was great and professional, until after I left with my used truck purchase. I have had the truck 2 mos. and already called him back about the dry rotted tires and lack of breaks. He assured me that they were checked. When you make an impulse purchase at 9 pm in the dark you can't see those things. I trusted him and the dealership. I have my cards to everyone to come see me for a purchase... now, the brakes are gone, the tires are gone and no one wants to remedy the situation. I should have known better as this truck was in the back of the lot, not yet tagged for sale and now I realize, probably didn't go through any type of inspection. He assured me all vehicles are checked and if brakes and tires are needed they are replaced. Apparently they thought they had idiot on the line here and didn't try to even take care of these things. NO reputable dealership let's a vehicle off the lot with bad brakes and bad tires. They compare themselves with Lester Glenn, I think not. If this does not get remedied then this is going to get very ugly. Let's see if they decide to do the right thing for the customer. This is not going away.

I have purchased 2 vehicles at Manahawkin Chrysler Dodge Jeep. The sales staff were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. The dealership was not "pushy" and have allowed my family and I to enjoy the shopping experiences over the last 3 years. The sales staff professional and patient during the car purchasing process. Sales Rep Bill D. has been excellent when purchasing both of our cars. Owner Sam D. backs up the customers 100% and stands behind the products he sells. A great place to buy a car. No need to shop elsewhere for Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep products.
