Great Experience at Lucas Dealership!

Joel was great! I lived in Burlington county until recently moving to the Toms River area. When I needed a new car, I went looking around there and found all the dealerships (the 3 I went to in Toms River, Lakewood, & Manahawkin) were all very rude. Lester Glenn in particular added stuff to their vehicles that was not needed or desired. When I advised them I did not want that stuff, the sales rep was very rude and unwilling to budge. Your sales person on the phone was very helpful, I think it was Ryan. When I arrived I met Joel, he was very courteous and did everything he could to help. I am very glad I was able to come back to your dealership and get a great SUV and a very reasonable price. Thank You!

Great Dealership

Very friendly staff great quality work. They always fit me in for an oil change in my timeline never to busy for me like some places. They found an issue with my car during an oil change. Before informing me they made sure it was under warranty which gave me relief. They arranged for me to have a car and took my car in right away. I would recommend Lucas to everyone there awesome!

Amazing good response

Routine service was performed as requested. A noise I'd mentioned was identified and necessary repairs were made, in spite of an incorrect part being initially delivered, and working before a holiday. The mechanic went well over and above what I would even imagine in order to have the car ready for pickup before the holiday. Not only was the work completed earlier than I could possibly expect or even dream, but the car also performs wonderful.

My on-line contact was very helpful, my salesman, Ryan Gainey, and the finance manager, Doug Swanson, were very professional, knowledgable, and accommidating. 2015 Chevrolet Equinox LT AWD

My new 2015 Equinox is the 5th vehicle I've purchased from Lucas Chevrolet. What an Outstanding Team! They searched until they found the exact Equinox I was looking for and they did it so quickly that I was able to take it on my extended weekend trip. The always excellent customer service from their sales professional Lou Papa and the expert technicians in the service department will keep me coming back. I'm treated like family, all my questions are answered, my concerns addressed, and that leaves me Completely Satisfied!

We bought a Traverse 2 weeks ago and came back and purchase a Malibu. OMG Lou is the best. Tom is amazing and everyone at Lucas is great to work with, consistantly getting us the best deal and making the dreaded car buying experience a breeze. We keep coming back and in a few years we will be at the Lucas show room again. I think we are family now since this is our 7th Lucas Chevy vehicle and we have to invite Lou and Tom to Thanksgiving dinner. Thanks!!!

there was no hidden coast The coast of the truck was explained were I could understand it and they gave me what they said they would I was very pleased with the coast of the truck and with the way I was treated No pressure no outlandish sales pitch I'll recommend Lou PAPPA to any one Thank You

October recall and oil change

was told my car would take 1 hour, instead more than 2 and left overnight. I did however appreciate the honesty (Mike) in letting me know it would be longer and also what happened that I could not have it same day. Also apprecisate the drivers who took me to/from dealership - both personable.

Lou and Tom made sure that they put me in the vehicle I really wanted. We were going to settle until Tom spoke with me and made us a deal I couldn't refuse. Thanks to Lou for being patient as we weighed our decision. The best car with the best price with incredible service.

The staff was very friendly, particularly the gentleman who initiated the start of my service. Unfortunately, I cannot recall his name, but I am sure that can be looked up on the service record. He let me know approximately how long the service would take and also what adjustments needed to be made as the car had a pending recall to be attended to. In addition, Kevin Midure, the sales associate who led me to the Lucas dealership and essentially was the reason I purchased my vehicle there, stayed beyond his usual work hours to ensure that I was attended to in a timely manner. Kevin, and all staff members involved in my service experience demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to buy a vehicle.

When I told Bob my problem, that this was the third time they were fixing my window washer hose, he immediately accommodated me with an appointment, and resolved the issue at hand. My vehicle is a 2012 Chevy Sonic which I purchased at Lucas Chevrolet. It is still under warranty. Questions about fair price and estimate do not apply.

The service I received was outstanding. I'd recommend anyone to Lucas Chevorlet lumberton nj. The salesman were patient and polite. This dealership sold me my first brand New car. I was in an upside down situation but my salesman did his best to see me drive off the lot with a brand new 2014 Chevorlet Malibu. Thank you so much !!!!!!

Lucas has always been a pleasure to do business with. I have no major complaints about them. Their staff has always been polite and courteous. The only minor complaint from this visit is the didn't wash my car. This may have been due to the construction. Oh well, I'll get the kid next door to wash it.

Awesome customer service from Ryan G and Gene K

My 2014 Chevrolet Silverado had a couple of recalls that needed to be performed so I contacted Gene at Lucas Chevrolet and scheduled my vehile for it's second oil change and to have the recalls fixed. While it was at the dealer, my salesman (Ryan G) noticed a defect with my front bumper and brought my service rep Gene out to have a look at it. Gene K agreed that it was indeed a defect and had my bumper replaced at no additional charge under warranty. During this entire process, Ryan let me use his vehicle so I wouldn't have to miss work while my vehicle was being repaired. It's people like Ryan and Gene that make every experience for me at Lucas Chevrolet a good one. I hope these surveys are actually reviewed by upper management because Ryan and Gene are the reasons for these high ratings and should be recognized for their outstanding customer service.
