Worst dealer ever

if you can run from this dealer, do not buy a car, I bought a car, dodge challenger 2016 on 11/25 and I paid cash, they sold me a car without title, they sold me a car that they had not finished paying to the bank, I'm 40 days in a fight with this p*s* dealer, seeking my title, they just want your money lenny and zack, my car came full of problems, the transmission leaking, the side marker light has the plug cut off, my windshield washer is broke, they showed me a clean carfax, after 2 weeks the carfax changed saying they had a front damage, they charged me $ 1000 in inspection for nothing, nor did my old car 2008 have such a problem. careful get away from this dealer. I have already filed a lawsuit against them on consumer affair from nj, See u saturday again lenny, so you tell me a new story about where my title is.

My Brand New Dodge Charger

At first I came in browsing for a pick up, even took it for a test drive. At the end of the day I did not end getting the car I came. I understand why I didn't get it and this dealer tried its best to try and get me it. But just browsing their inventory I saw a Dodge Charger and well, took it for a test drive as well. Within a few hours we managed to close a deal. I would highly recommend these guys and I look forward to buying another car from them.

Horrible car buying experiance.

Absolute horror show. Nothing but a shady place. First they tack on a $2500 fee on top of the car price. Car wasn't ready when i went to pick it up, they were still washing it. After signing the contract they gave me on key, that would be fine if it was a regular key but this Mercedes key cost $365 to replace and they would not replace it.That's something that the customer should know before buying a car .On my way home from the dealer I noticed the fuel tank was on empty, couldn't drive more then 5 miles before I had to put fuel in it. It took them 2 weeks to get me my tittle. after I got home I noticed one of tires was about to blow, it had a bubble on the inside. After arguing with them to replace it, and they agreed to give me a used one. As of today I'm still have not gotten the used tire after numerous phone calls. My advice is stay away from this place unless your looking for trouble. !!! SHADY !!! They don't deserve the one star.

I can say that most of the reviews are fake they love making there own reviews. one thing you dont know they have 1995 DPF and a 995 Df they're going to tell you "we have to maintence the car, change what ever parts it needs ext ext" thats bullshit they patch up the car so it will last you 2 months. And with the 1 month 1000 mile warrenty they give you, i had my car for a week before it started giving me issues and they did absolutely nothing to it. they kept telling me there is nothing wrong, when in reality my cars transmission was completely damaged. I took my car back to them and they directed me to a mechanic shop to no prevail because my car has been siting there for a month and nothing has been done to it. I took it upon myself to go back to the dealership to ask what the hell was going on with my car and they blantely told me that they will do nothing for me. i advise everyone to never buy a car from this dealrship becuase you will get dissapointed by the fraudulence occuring at European Auto

I purchased a BMW there about 2 1/2 years ago, I was not informed that the car was previously used as a luxury taxi cab. I went to a BMW dealership to trade the car for a newer car and they told that the car was used for taxi. after I traded the car and paid the bank, I received a letter through the bank stating that to contact European Auto Expo to obtain my GAP insurance reimbursement. It has been over 3 months and still waiting for European Auto Expo to give me a definitive answer on my GAP insurance refund. Whenever I call the office, the person in charge of the finance department is never available or the person would call me back which they never return my phone call. This company is not truthful and I want to warn others to not consider buying cars from European Auto Expo. They're deceitful and once you purchased a car, you can never get any answer or response from the person in charge. the person that answer the phone pretends like the know the person that is in charge.

I HAD GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH

I bought a 2011 BMW last week and I'm very happy with their services. They have really nice clean cars and good prices. The one thing I like the most was their honesty. Oscar was very professional and helpful. I would buy another car from here again and I will refer my friends and family.
