Juan Rios was a big help in choosing a new car. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even gave other options that I might like as well. I was able to pick up my new car the very next day and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I probably would not have made such a quick decision if not for the customer service.

Lexus 300 ES Hybrid

I visited the showroom on a recent service visit and Ivan took me around the lot. I explained I was quite happy with my older ES 300 but he was happy to spend the time with me and I was happy dreaming about driving a newer vehicle. Then we came upon a 300 ES Hybrid and Ivan was able to get me a great deal. This car feels a little smaller but is a fantastic driving experience. Just starting to enjoy it, and even though I miss my Lexus with over 206k miles, I’m certain my new hybrid will continue providing the Lexus experience I’ve come to expect. Big shout out thank you to Ivan and the entire team, and to George for getting a great financing package.

I saw a used Lexus RX online and called Tri-County to find out more about it. I spoke to a salesman name Brian on the phone who gave me all the details about the vehicle. He was professional and not pushy like other salesman I have spoken to in my past car buying ventures. Anyway I made an appointment same day and was in and out with my Certified RX 350 in under 2 hours. Thanks Brian and Tri-County Lexus I will recommend you to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.
