Excellent Car Buying Experience!

onI just purchased my 4th vehicle from Coleman Buick and it was another amazing experience. I came in to browse and somehow, the wonderful Chris Tandy worked with his manager Ty Trill to not only get me out of a messy situation with my current vehicle but to have me driving off the lot in the car of my dreams! I still cant believe it! Bring your top hat with you because they are guaranteed to pull a rabbit out of it! Chris educated me throughout the entire process and I felt like we were working together. Listen, for most of us, no one actually looks forward to the car buying process but Im just going to say it .my day at Coleman was actually FUN! They gave me a VERY fair deal on my trade-in and made me an offer on a new car that I simply couldnt refuse. The icing on the cake was Rory in finance working to get an extended warranty worked in to my already tight budget. More magic! I feel confident posting this review since I know this to be a consistent trend with Tys Coleman team. They take care of their customers!

Unprofessional and sneaky

onWent there and they could not meet my price which was ok. Days later they called me and told me they would do it for my price. He assured me everything was good to go since I had over an hour drive. Once we got there after 40 min the manager came out and told us thete was a miscommunication between him and the salesman and they could not do my price. They just lied to get us up there. Very unprofessional amd sneaky! Will never recommend them.

great experience

onI walked into the dealership with the intention of leasing a new car but I wasn't sure of what I wanted. Everyone I met at the dealership was very friendly and pleasure to work with, especially Rick Yacyk. From start to finish Rick was professional, friendly, honest and courteous. But my wife wasn't satisfied with my decision. And then I asked Rick for help again. He shoved me another model and we made a great deal. Now our family happy with our new car. Thanks Rick and Coleman for everything.

onI had a great experience at Coleman. This was my second lease in less then 2 years. My salesperson Chris Tandy made it the best experience ever. He takes the time to help you understand what you are buying and then teaches you how to use all the technology. My first lease was 2 years old and he still was showing me how to use things in that car. It doesn't matter if you forget how to he is there to explain it again even 2 years later. If you are looking for a vehicle and don't want to play games see him at Coleman.

Excellent Buying Experience

onOn Saturday, February 28th 2015 we came in to test out a 2015 Canyon. From the start we met with Paul the Sales Manager, who directed us to Jordan. Both were more than professional, they were hard working and I don't think we've ever had anyone work so hard to get us the deal they wanted us to have. Professional and courteous, hard working and honestly are the words I would use to describe both of them. Once we worked out the deal, Jordan went well above and beyond his duty to us, to help us out. From unloading my old truck to guiding us on what to do with the new truck, and the details... he was spot on with everything. I've never, ever written review like this before so believe me, there is no making this up. Our only complaint was the amount of time it took to get to the Finance Department. We were there at the Dealer at 230pm and didn't until 630ish. Way too long. Our deal was done and ready for finance by 4 - 430pm. No reason for it to take so long to sign the papers but unfortunately, that is how it went. Other then that, this was one of, if not the best, truck buying experience we've ever had. I would recommend speaking to Paul and Jordan, to anyone.

Love my Acadia!!

onEasy process :) My husband and I went to Coleman this Saturday afternoon to look at both new and used/certified GMC Acadia's. There was a white one that had a lot of the features we liked. The price was so great and a lot better than other dealerships that we thought there was a catch.....Not the casel!!!! Black leather interior, heated seats, dual sun roofs, 3 months of Sirius radio, 6 months of OnStar and more on a 2013 SLT model!! Chris T. was our salesperson. He took us for a test drive and answered all of our questions (even some from our 10 year old!). The finance manager, Ty T., was very helpful and got us a great rate. Would definitely recommend buying from Coleman!

Third Generation and it shows!

onI've known the Coleman Family for years and years. I've bought from the current owner, Drew Coleman and from his Dad, Richard Coleman. Drew is the third generation of Colemans to own and operate this dealership and it shows in the relaxed, under control and unhurried buying experience. The service today is just as good as it was 40 years ago. I will continue to buy here as long as I buy cars.
