2019 Rav 4 Nightmare

Purchased a 2019 Rav 4 in August. Phone system was never properly set up and doesn't work. Car has been in service for a month now and "Part" needed won't be in for another month. Buyer beware of the satellite systems in the new Rav 4.

Efficient and thorough

I was so relieved to have the experience I did with Jessica during the purchase of my 2016 Toyota Sienna! I was very apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle - I have only owned two other vehicles in my life! I purchased my last car - a Subaru wagon - when I was pregnant with my 15 year old daughter. That car was as old as she is! It took a lot of convincing and debate before I even walked into the dealership. Jessica put me at ease; and even though there were no cars in the model I was originally interested in looking at, I was very happy with the features and mileage she found for me in another model. I am very happy with my purchase, and I look forward to safely transporting my daughters in this vehicle for many years!

Customer Service A+. I went to Toyota for the product, I stayed there and made a purchase because of the people. Yesterday I met with Jack in Service, Carter in the Showroom, and Jason in Care and Payment. All A+. I watched all three gentlemen interact with many other employees at this dealership to get the job done. It was like the whole dealership was helping me. You have a great team there. And they did a great job. Product knowledge excellent. I took home my new car that same day.
