Chris Popin was very pleasant and easy to work with. I bought my first Mercedes-Benz with Chris as my sales person. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. He answered every single question I had (I had many of them). Chris has a lot of patience. I would recommend him to my family and friends who wants to buy a Mercedes-Benz.

Chris Popin at Ray Catena Mercedes in Freehold was an exceptional salesperson and made our Mercedes purchase smooth from start to finish. He went out of his way to make me and my family feel comfortable. I had been shopping around in the area for a small SUV and found other dealerships to be very pushy and impersonal. This was not the case with Chris and the dealership. We trusted him and felt taken care of. We would recommend him and the dealership to others.

First time to work with Chris Popin and I can say that it was a very pleasant experience. I have been working with somebody for a long time from the previous management and getting a new person to work with was a little iffy for me. But my experience with Chris was outstanding. He was not pushy, very professional and was very practical with his recommendations. He also worked hard to find the car that I really preferred. Great person to work with. Highly recommended.

We could not be happier with our experience at Ray Catena Mercedes Benz. Our salesman, Chris Popin was such a pleasure to work with. He was kind, honest, dedicated and was determined to help us find a way to get into a GLE. Not only did he get us a great deal, but he went out of his way to make sure that the process was simple, fast, and free of aggravation. We normally hate the car shopping process, but Chris made this a totally different story. We highly recommend Chris Popin and will most definitely be back to see him for our next Mercedes Benz.

I just wanted to say how well I thought the sales staff did in the handling of the ML 350 purchase. Aside from the cordial personalities that the staff exhibited, what struck me most about the process was the lack of pressure that was displayed. Most times, in my experience, one goes into the car purchase process girded for what is at best an unpleasant experience. I can honestly say that this was not the case here. The price negotiation was not a protracted war. Instead, I presented what I thought was fair value, the sales team came back with a reasonable counter and the deal was done. Now, once we closed, I expected to be simply given the keys and the documentation and sent on my way. Instead, I got the whole new car delivery experience. Nice job.
