Great Purchasing Experience

We recently purchased a 2023 Lincoln Nautilus from Irwin Lincoln in Freehold, NJ. Leo, our salesman, made the experience pleasurable, and we never felt pressured. Any questions that we had were answered. He made every attempt to make sure that the process went smoothly. Leo even invited us back if we needed more assistance with understanding the workings of the new car. From previous experiences with other dealerships, we were not looking forward to new car shopping. Irwin Lincoln has changed our thinking about that and has earned an A. The only disappointment was that the dealer does not offer a hard copy of the owner manual.

Dealer Is Legit And Willing to Do Business

We were able to negotiate the price of the car to a Good/Great Deal as deemed by KBB. The dealer did not play any tricks, was responsive throughout the process, answered all questions and described the vehicle accurately. Specifically, the car was in great shape - no accidents, no scratches, no dings, no bad smell - it was clean inside and out and performed well during our test drive - everything exactly as advertised. No hidden fees, upcharges or pressure from the finance manager to rip us off in the last phase of the transaction. The dealership also had adequate amenities for customers (incl coffee / water / lounge area). Assuming these guys have the car you want, based on my experience, it’s a dealership you can work with.

My lease was up and due to my low mileage and the fact that by turning my Lincoln in for a new lease would certainly cost me more than I would have wanted, my option was to purchase. Adam, the salesman, makes the transition seamless. When the previous Lincoln Nautilus was coming off lease, he knew my tastes and picked out a perfect match and contacted me. He prepared the pricing in advance and we closed in days. While I was handling the paperwork, he set up all of my electronic features.

Irwin Mazda Service went above and beyond to resolve an issue I was having. They took the time to investigate all possible causes, and then did what was necessary to correct the problem. And all through this, they explained each step in an understandable way, making me realize how serious they took the matter, and how dedicated they were to making things right......and....they did!

First Lincoln From Irwin, Probably Not the Last

The experience at Irwin Lincoln was exceptional, and I've purchased more than a few cars. Our salesman, Wayne, was a delight to work with. We made three visits to the dealership before we even started talking price. He was more than happy to arrange test drives of different cars, different engines, etc. We ultimately bought a Corsair and so far have been thrilled with it. Don't hesitate!

Bad sales experience

Bad experience with this dealership, We came to look for a new Lincoln MKC on 11/27 in the evening. The salesperson (Steven Spertos) didn't introduce himself, wasn't so interested to work with us on new lease deals. He did not offer to review any options and prices. Very unprofessional We left with nothing This weekend, went to Dana Lincoln in staten island, where the sale service is exceptional

Words can not describe my complete satisfaction with Irwin Lincoln. I was in the automobile business in many capacities for 36 years and Wayne Calabretta is by far the epitome of what every dealership needs in a salesperson. Chris in finance was a pleasure to work with and also a gentleman. As far as the MKZ goes, I have owned many cars in my days including 5 Mercedes. This car outshines them all. I think everyone pursues the car that suits their needs and desires. I think I have found the car and the dealership for my future vehicles. Thank you Irwin Lincoln.

We went in to look at a 2016 MKC that we requested an internet price for. We met with Jay Irwin. We took the car for a drive and decided we wanted an MKC, however we wanted to purchase one without the sunroof. Jay found one for us at another dealer and made arrangements for us to purchase the car at Irwin.
