Brought vehicle in for spiral cable recall. Tech had to remove horn button, steering wheel, to do the recall. Picked up vehicle, and now have a short in the horn. Horn will not shut off. Had heated seats installed on a new prius. I was not told that another company would do the work. When I picked up the car, it had 100 additional miles on it and now had a new rattle. Also mysteriously gas consumption has increased. Possibly the heated seats are drawing electricity and compromising ...
