I LOVE this dealership!

After an exhausting hunt for a trade-in on my car, I came to Parkway Toyota.... And THANK GOD that I did! These sales people, Jeffrey Miller and Danny Cigercioglu, literally saved my life! They created a deal for me that NOBODY in the Tristate area could EVER have even touched.. And they did so with extraordinary understanding and kindness, not to mention the HIGHEST level of professionalism... I now have a beautiful and affordable , new car thanks to these two wonderful men... I highly recommend Parkway Toyota in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, and especially Danny Cigercioglu & Jeffrey Miller.

Picked up my new 2015 Tundra on Friday and I absolutely love it. My sales rep and sales manager went above and beyond to get me my truck. The delivery was smooth and quick from financing to driving off the lot. My sales rep explained every single detail to my new truck and set everything up for me. Great dealership!

I'm so happy with the service I received from Parkway Toyota. The staff is friendly and more importantly very professional. Most car sales experience always seem to leave you with the feeling of being scammed. I find the team very trustworthy and knowledgeable and they are looking out for my best interest.

by far!!! From the moment I walked into the dealership for my appointment to test drive a pre-owned Prius, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism from the entire sales staff. Got the car I wanted at the agreed price and drove home that same day. Could not have asked for better service. Would highly recommend this dealer to everyone!!

Very Deceptive

Was looking at a Certified Used Car and the internet stated a price which was reasonable. When I got to the dealer, they raised the price another grand. When I asked them about the internet price, they stated THAT price was for internet members. But the price was on Cars.com as well as Autotrader.com. What a bunch of crock. Plus the car was in horrible shape when I looked at it. Multiple rear bumper scuff marks and a huge scratch on the drivers side rear panel. I walked out of there and was so decieved that I would never go back again. Beware of this dealer!

Had an extremely negative experience with this dealer; corresponded with the internet division; they told us they would match any competitors price, we bought in proof of the other dealer's offer, they agreed to match the price; we waited 2 hours for them to bring the exact vehicle we wanted to buy from the "other lot" then after we test drove the car & told them we wanted to buy it, they told us the price they gave us was for a "different car" which they then said they didn't have in stock & that the price was going to be several hundred dollars higher.... classic bait & switch, which we probably wouldn't have minded had they just not been such [violative content deleted] the entire time. We met several salesmen & also the floor sales manager (who said he HAD to accompany us on test drive but knew nothing about the car; i.e. told us there was a 3rd row seat & tried to show us it but it was a child seat lock - they model we were buying doesn't even come with a 3rd row seat option!) comical really. The whole experience was a big waste of time. Stay away from this dealership at all costs.

Very deceptive...they gave a good price for a car that was yet to come in. I went the next day to pay the deposit, they removed some of the features. I was happy that my wife noticed missing features and we walked out right away. Be careful...will never go to these people again....
