Don’t go here

This is the worst car dealership experience I have ever had! They are inept! Filling out dmv paperwork with the street name of one town and the wrong town name. Now I have to get it fixed! They don’t return phone calls, very in professional. Will combs is the inept salesman. The sales manager is no better. I don’t even know if my overnighted paperwork is in the right department!

Do not buy here

Purchased used car at Bell Audi, in less than a month I have a major engine problem. There was no warranty and it was purchased "as is". That being said, this type of problem should not be encountered in less than a month. As a sales tactic, the manager Albert berated all the "mom and pop" dealerships that sell garbage. This is shady and unexpected from such a fancy and highly rated dealership. We purchased here based upon reputation. Bell offered nothing to resolve the situation. Bell Audi will screw you just as fast as the other shady dealers. Extremely disappointed

Love my Q7

Our sales rep Mr. Carl Prince of Bell Audi is a top notch sales rep, he was very professional, and extremely helpful along the way. We didn’t feel the typical cars sales guy pressure as we shopped for my new truck. The color that we wanted wasn’t available at the time of purchase but he made sure we got exactly what we wanted. This is our first Audi (we owned a BMW X5, a Lincoln Navigator, and an Acura MDX) none of them can compare to my new Q7. We absolutely love the way it feels when we’re driving, and the technology it offers is very impressive. We’re new lifetime Audi owners who’s looking forward to forthcoming adventures in the 2019 Audi Q7 premium plus.

Clarence made the trip to Edison from PA worth it!

I’ve never owned an Audi before and I’m glad I finally bought one. Clarence greeted me at the door and quickly gathered keys to show me multiple CPO cars I was interested in. I test drove an A4 and it was just what I was looking for. The dealership was very busy since it was a holiday. After waiting two hours to talk to finance, I left empty handed. By the time I made it home, I got a call asking me why I left and offered to review the deal over the phone and deliver the car to me the next day at my employers office in Princeton. That’s what I did. I wished they had offered that to me before I lost two hours of a vacation day waiting and getting frustrated. In the end, Clarence showed up with the car, I signed the papers, and the deal was done in 15 minutes. Clarence has responded to several of my follow up questions, and said to call him anytime. That’s great service! Aside from the wasted time in dealership, the experience with Bell and Clarence was a good one. I’ve already recommended the dealership and Clarence to a coworker who’s shopping for an Audi. I recommend if you’re looking for an Audi, you check out Bell Audi. Q

New car purchase

Professional dealership with knowledgeable staff. I purchased my NEW RS5 Sportback and everything went super smooth. I received a fair offer on my trade and a fair offer for the RS5. No other dealerships were matching what Bell did. I dealt with 2 managers (Ryan and Albert), and my Salesman was Moshe. All 3 men knew all about these cars and answered all my questions. The paperwork was all ready for me upon pickup of my new car. I will definately recommend them to everyone looking for a luxury vehicle. I did all my homework prior and you cannot beat what Audi gives you in their vehicles! These cars are luxurious and sporty and loaded. No other companies can match them in price as to what they offer. I am a REAL customer and this is a REAL review. If you dont believe me check the used inventory- My Red 2012 Shelby GT500 is in stock!! I'm glad I bought my car here and I will be dealing with the service department as well as the finance guy (Bob) for future investments in the car. I want to purchase a warranty and some other items and it will all be done through Bell Audi. Thanks again guys for the smooth transaction and thank you Moshe for always answering my questions via text! No matter what I ask he answers in a short time frame. Great Car Buying Experience!!

I took the 1 hour trip to this dealership on 11/24/18 after doing hours worth of research on the one, specific vehicle that I was looking for (2014 Mercedes-Benz GL 550) with them having one in stock. Finding this specific vehicle for sale is extremely rare as I only located approximately 20 within a 500 mile radius. I completed an online information request the day before and within minutes of sending same I was contacted by phone by brand specialist, Stephen Dorn. Mr. Dorn confirmed that the vehicle was in stock and available for viewing and a test ride. Considering that this vehicle was the exact year, color, had all the options desired, and its general new appearance and what I would consider very fairly, competitively priced and I made the appointment to view same immediately the next day. Upon arrival, Mr. Dorn retrieved the vehicle and it was exactly as described. It appeared to be in like-new condition and didn't take long for me to agree to purchase it. Mr. Dorn was extremely professional and courteous throughout the process. I then secured financing through Barry Crincoli on site. I've owned many vehicles but this is by far the one that I have been most excited to own! Thanks to Stephen and Barry for making it happen!!

Fraudulent Charges for Loaner Car

Just to let all potential customers aware. I was charged $1,141 for a loaner car damage that I did not do. In fact, upon my return of the car, it was given a clean bill from the attendee. Only the following morning someone said they realized there was windshield damage and it needed to be replaced (again, when I returned the car the previous day, there was no such windshield damage). I have a case with the BBB, which Bell Audi never responded to. The next step in the process is a complaint with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs which has just been opened. If there is still no response from BBB, then the final step will be small claims court. Great Car Buying Experience

I purchased my certified pre- owned Q3 from Bell Audi and I could not have had a better experience. The salesman and manager were able to accommodate all of my needs and made it possible for me to buy a vehicle that I absolutely love! I would recommend this dealership to anyone whose looking for a honest, no pressure and hassle free experience.

Extremely understaffed dealership

This dealership is extremely understaffed and do not have the specialist that can answer questions in a timely fashion. Disappointing to see how such a beautiful dealership cannot manage the appropriate resources. I walked in on a Wed afternoon to speak to a product specialist and help be decide on my next Audi. After checking in with the receptionist, I waited for 45 min in the showroom for the next available representative. After finding that there were no sales associates available and the receptionist did not know when the next available person might be able to assist me, I left my information for someone to get back to me. No one ever called me back and after a week I sent an email with my request hoping to have better luck. It's been 3 weeks and someone is yet to call me back. I have since purchased my new Audi but will not go here for future sales or service. It's sad since this dealership is 10 min from my house and my neighbors all purchased their vehicles here. Cannot recommended this place to family or friends. I hope they hire more people soon!

Disappointed

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle about a month ago. Our experience was not as expected - once the check cleared no one cared that the breaks squeeked or to call us regarding the status of the registration. We purchased a vehicle from another dealership over 2 years ago and still recieve courtesy calls and we have yet to hear from our sales associate. Guess our experience with the prior dealership set the bar really high....Bell Audi, time to step your customer service game up! FYI we are only rating 1 star because a review can’t be submitted without a rating. Otherwise we would not have chosen any stars.

I worked with Jawad on my purchase. I came from out of state, and was nervous at first, but he was very diligent and accommodating with all my requests. He answered all my questions timely and made it very easy for me to move forward on this purchase.

Do Not buy a warranty from this Dealership

Stay away from this dealership, when you are in the dealership they love you but once you leave is when all the deception takes place. I have tried multiple times contacting Management and also sent an email to the owner with no response. I purchased a Protect All warranty from Bell Audi against my wishes. Against my wishes is because they sprayed my vehicle with this coat that would prevent scratches and dings from rocks and this was added after I already told them that I did not want this. Barry Crincoli(Business Manager) told me that since the car was already sprayed he had to charge me. Oh yeah the charge was $795, this charge and the extended warranty put me out over $7K. Fast forward a month later when I bring my car into the dealership for a repair to fix my ding on the car and when my car was sitting there I was told that I did not have the warranty. I asked the service dept to speak to Barry and was told it is confirmed that I did not have the warranty. I had to take my car to a third party to get my ding fixed. Fast forward again when I go the dealership after I sell my vehicle to cancel my extended warranties and get a refund on any of the unused portions. This is when Barry pulls the Protect All Warranty paper where I signed and where I blow a vessel. I told him that I did not want this warranty and after he sold it to me I was denied having the warranty. I told him I want my money back and his response was" Well you signed the papers" ignoring the fact that I was denied when I tried to put in a claim. I asked him how hard it is for the service team to walk the 100 steps to his office to confirm if I had the warranty in place or not. I also asked him why this warranty was not in my profile? His response" I don't know why" and made it sound like its my fault. I quickly go to the service center to get a print out of all my records and promptly show him the date and my request for him to tell me" I don't know what to tell you". I asked to speak with Alison Wirth(General Manager) and was told she was not there. I have since sent emails and called and have not been able to contact her. I even tried emailing the owner of Bell Audi and have not heard anything back. Stay away from this dealership, there are other Audi dealers that will treat you better and also work with you. I hope some people look at this and take my advice. One last thing, I was in the dealership for over 5 hours the day I signed my paperwork because Barry was unprepared even after I was in the dealership a few days earlier to sign my paperwork and approval for my loan.

No Muss No Fuss

After checking the Lease To Purchase process with a dealership closer to me I decided to go back to Bell Audi who originally sold me the car even though they were farther away. It was a wise choice! The car has run very reliably for the 2.5 years I've had it so it made sense to purchase the lease. I called Francine in the financial department and she was courteous, responsive, patiently explained everything to me and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I came in, met with Luigi who originally sold me the vehicle. He's still his warm, cozy and helpful self. Francine gave me the best rate I could find with my superior FICO and together they expedited the transaction seamlessly. I would highly recommend Luigi, Francine and Bell Audi to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car!

Untrustworthy Sales managers, and a nightmare of a transaction

If you are thinking of purchasing a car from Bell Audi, I worn you that they are terrible in almost every way. First of I purchased a car and traveled down from New England. I did not receive my registration until 4 MONTHS after my purchase. It took constant calls to get ahold of anybody(at least 3-5 a day), no one called me back as promised. Managers where absolutely terrible to deal with, and could not keep promises they made through out the purchase. Car has issues and is still in the shop even though its just over a year old. Salesman are inexperienced and the whole operation was a night mare, The single handedly worst transaction I have ever made in my life.

Buyer Beware

I purchased a 2009 Suburban Ltz, for Bell Audi. Prior to me purchasing the suv, I told my sales representative I would be coming down for Maryland to potentially buy the Suv. My sales representative ask me to give him a few days, so he could have the mechanic look the vehicle over, to make sure there wasn't anything wrong. This was on a mon. Thursday i got the all clear, and the vehicle was good to go. So Friday the next day, I went purchased the Suv. The suv looked good, out side and in. But unbeknownst to me, underneath was another story. I understand when you buy a vehicle as is, you should at least be told the problems the vehicle could possibly poses. Long story short, I drove the vehicle down on Friday, and Saturday I took the vehicle to get Maryland state inspected. THE VEHICLE FAILED WITH FLYING COLORS. The vehicle failed due to having a broken stabilizer bar, which was pretty noticeable. I also failed due a sway bar in the front and bad ball bearings. I was pretty upset for the Maryland state inspector to say possibly was unsafe for me to drive. Im no car expert, but This concerned me. This cost me 1300 in repairs in order to pass Maryland state inspection. I contacted the dealership immediately, and told them what happened. My sales representative told me he would have the sales manager contact me, so I could voice my concern. The sales representative called me on the third day, to advise me the sales manager was going to contact me today. IT'S been three days and I still haven't heard from Mr. Albert, the preowned sales manager. I feel this unprofessional, and I should've recieved a call. I hold the sales manger and dealership responsible, as they should know the safety risk the vehicles may pose. I just wish these issue would've been brought to my attention, so I could've had the option to say No to those safety hazards. If you buy used from this dealership, please try to get some type of work order or inspection sheet. Good luck, hope this is helpful. The only reason I gave three stars, was because my sales representative, had great customer service. Thanks Ben.

Once your sales man leaves the company, the service is bad

The promised vehicle was first of all delayed. Then the sales man moved on to another company and I am still trying to get back the $500 refund which I am due inspite of repeated calls and emails to the dealer ship
