The BEST car-buying experience

This is the second time I purchased a car from Galaxy Toyota, and I just wanted to take the time out to share my excellent experience. I had the pleasure of working with Miguel, Joe, and Greg to help me find the perfect vehicle that suited my needs. They were extremely patient and kind with me and took the time to explain all of my options. I never once felt pressured to purchase any car, and I had the opportunity to test-drive some of the vehicles. The process was very organized, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I would 100% recommend Galaxy Toyota and Miguel, Joe, and Greg to friends and family to purchase a vehicle from this establishment.

Excellent Experience

I dealt with the general sales manager Miguel by phone prior to going in. I told him what I was looking for and my price range. He helped me get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. He also prepared the paperwork prior to me going into the dealership. When I got there he put me with a very nice salesman named Mo and I was done with all the paperwork and everything in about an hour. Love my car! Not the first car I have bought with Miguel and won’t be the last.

I arrived thinking my service was still covered under the Toyota care service package. Erica explained that I was no longer covered and that this would be my first paid visit. After seeing the shocked look on my face she went the extra mile to find a current promotion offered on the website that saved me a significant amount of money. I'm not typically one to write reviews unless they are negative however I walked out of the dealership feeling like a valued customer. She is an asset to your dealership. Thank you!!!

Recently just helped my mom get a car at Galaxy Toyota. Process was seamless, straight to the point, and hassle-free. Adam was our salesperson and he knew a ton about the car and got us the best deal. Thank you to Galaxy Toyota for making us feel great about the whole experience!!

Dealing with Adam has been a pleasure. You hear so many horror stories about a car/truck purchase. Didn't disappear after the sale. Their was a mix-up with my inspection sticker and he and Anthony the manager handled it. Highly Recommend.

Horrible experience

Negotiated a purchase price in advance. Decided to lease. Got horrible rate. Nobody would explain how rate was determined. Finance people only cared about rushing us through and not answering our questions. Should have walked away. Our fault. Recommend avoiding dealership.

New Vehicle NO LICENCE PLATES

I LIVE OUT OF STATE (Arizona) I bought a Brand new 2017 Toyota Tacoma (With a Rocky Ridge Package) Very expensive truck, on Sept 23 2017. Taking my money and sending me the paperwork to purchase the vehicle was fast and easy. I PAID to have the vehicle shipped to Arizona. It left the dealership on Oct 3rd and arrived Oct 7. It is NOW Nov 7th and I have still have not received my Permanent Plates YET. The temp plates ran out OCT 17th. I have contacted Galaxy Toyota Every Day to get a status of my plates with NO LUCK!!!!. I have talked to Sales Reps (who I bought the truck from) up to General Managers and I have heard every excuse of why I don't have the plates. I paid ALOT of money for this vehicle and I am unable to drive it, even though I continue to pay insurance and my first Truck payment. THIS IS A FRICKEN JOKE. I have asked to speak to a Senior Manager and have not got the information. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU PLAN ON BUYING A VEHICLE FROM OUT OF STATE. I will continue to bash this dealership until I get my plates and can drive MY NEW FRICKEN TRUCK. Very unsatisfied, I original wrote a good review when I finally received my truck but this Purchase experience has went DOWN HILL. I wish I never bought from this dealership. Love my 2017 highlander!

I came in to galaxy Toyota with no intention to buy that day and left with a brand new highlander! My experience with the sales team was amazing! They treated me with courtesy and respect! Horrible Experience

Worst experience I've had at a dealership. Even after I gave them my money, wouldn't call me back, despite multiple attempts at phone calls. Lied about not having my phone number (despite having called me a week earlier). Sold me a car they couldn't get, made multiple excuses. Finally, had to terminate my agreement with them. Will go elsewhere.

I have never leased before so I was very hesitant in making a deal. My salesperson (Adam) took the time to go over my options on both a finance and a lease. In the end we went with a lease. Other dealers I visited weren't so patient with us and this was a large factor in our decision to buy. Will definitely return for our next vehicle.

I originally went to Galaxy to only test drive a Rav 4. After my salesman (Adam) went over the vehicle and had me watch a short video on winter driving, Rav 4 vs. the competition, I was sold. 45 minutes later I was driving off with my new SUV. Kudos to Adam and the staff at Galaxy.

BEST Car Dealership EVER!

I usually dread buying a new car, but not at this dealership. Our salesman was Adam, he went out of his way to answer any and ALL of my questions. He was honest and up front about everything. There was no surprizes and no hidden agenda. I highly recommend this dealership but specificly Adam. He made buying a car easy and 100% stress free! This is now my go-to place for cars. Fast and Friendly Experience

Anytime I lease a new vehicle I always plan on spending hours at the dealer. When I stopped in to Galaxy I found that this isn't always the case. Between test driving a new Rav 4 and finalizing a deal I was in an out in half the time it usually takes. My salesman Adam was upfront and honest throughout the entire process. His manager Nick Salerno explained different terms with me and made sure I was comfortable with the payment.

Very disappointed by this dealership- I was led to understand oil changes were included in my lease. After one oil change not the case and they did not honor the agreement- Done with them for sure
