We were treated well. We were greeted at the entrance and introduced to a sales person (Harold Salmon). He went over what we wanted/needed and let us take a vehicle for a test drive. Many members of the staff asked whether we wanted anything to drink which was very nice.

The Right Choice

Loved my Salesman Marek. It can be very intimidating buying a vehicle. I had a good feeling after leaving the dealership that I had made the right choice and did not feel like I was pushed into making a purchase I was not going to be happy with.

in all my years of buying new cars I have never had such a positive experience like I had at Haldeman Ford. The people there are so great, knowledgeable and friendly. A shout out to Mike and Kenny they were great. Brian and Ryan what can I say Brian is a great guy made the experience smooth I didn't feel like I was buying a car but rather making new friends. On the other hand Ryan your new preowned sales manager let me just say Haldeman Ford is just soo lucky to have this young man working for them. He was incredible there is just not enough adjectives to describe what a fabulous salesperson Ryan is. I see great things for Ryan in his future, Haldeman Ford should just consider themselves lucky to have him for now

Overall real good experience of Ford Certified Pre Owned F150

Initial response time to my online inquiry was above average in comparison to other dealers. I was greeted promptly and was expected when I arrived. Pretty straightforward process and negotiation. I agreed to financing from dealer's bank even though it was the same pre arranged rate I walked in with and had from my own bank. Assuming it was an advantage to both me and the dealer at the end of the day by taking in house financing. Detail job on my vehicle at pick up was above average. Howard did an above average job assisting me with the purchase, delivery and follow up communications.

Not what I expected - a pleasant experience

The entire experience from the Internet sales person, to the showroom salesperson and the finance person - was all an enjoyable process. The degree of professionalism, lack of pressure, sense of humor - made this stereotypical experience a surprisingly non-stereotypical event. Not saying I would want to do this every week, but I do know where I will be going next time that I need another car.

I love my new car

Howard Was very knowledgeable and very patient with me during the process .Once the decision was made which car I wanted the process went very well thanks to Howard.I fell In love with my 2016 Fusion after driving it for just 3 blocks. Howard listened to what I wanted and his suggestion was exactly what I wanted. Howard was fantastic.

Astonished by the wonderful staff!!

Bryan and Glen were so helpful and knowledgable. I was driving an unsafe car and knew it was time to part ways with it, but I was not looking forward to having a headache at a car dealership. Well Haldeman ford is like no other car dealership. Bryan helped me find an affordable, reliable, car and I was out of the dealership with my new car less than 3 hours later. He even bought me and my mom pizza for lunch!!! What car salesman does that? It was a kind gesture and greatly appreciated. The sign on Bryan's desk said 3 years of service, but you would never guess anything less than 10 years because of how knowledgable and efficient he is. Glen was a great help as well, very reassuring and patient when I was very stressed out because of my lack of knowledge about cars. I will only recommend haldeman ford at east windsor to anyone thinking about getting a new car, and I will only come here from now on :) thank you guys so much for your service, I have never met a more professional, knowledgable, and genuine staff.

Our Salesman Jerry was absolutely wonderful. He was very the professional, knowledgable, a seasoned salesman, thorough, timely and not pushy. I love his humor! I am going to recommend Jerry to anyone with interest in a Ford vehicle. 2015 Mustang Purchase

The staff was very friendly and never pushy (most important part compared to other dealerships). Bill Richmond was very professional in his interactions. I felt like the process was transparent, and I was getting a fair deal without any sketchy sales tactics. The finance person (Pete) was knowledgeable and walked me through all the scenarios/explanations. He showed me the computer screen and made it very clear what my options were.
