It’s true what they say..

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. It is true what they say about these guys. They are very rude, and have no interest in selling you a car. I had an appointment to see a car, and they didn’t even have it ready. Not to mention that it was way in the back, with no possibilities to test drive it, a flat tire, dirty, just not how you would show a car if you really want to sell it. Even then, it’s a car I really love, so I decided to start trying to talk numbers. They will not lower a single dime, and add ridiculously high fees. When you try to negotiate the price, they laugh at you and make fun of you. So rude! Just stay away from these guys, it’s not worth it. Don’t do like me, don’t waste your time.

My overall experience with asal motors went very well. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. My salesman, Matt was very professional and straight forward with everything. Mero who is the general manager helped us with financing which also went very smoothly. On top of the great service, the cars in the lot were all very high end and clean. Overall a great experience. I will be a returning customer in the future for sure.

Buyer beware

We bought a car here. When we tried to look at the car, we could not access the trunk since it was against the wall. When we came back to purchase, the salesperson insisted that nothing had changed and the car was the same as before when we tried to examine the car. After purchase, we realized the trunk was broken and the cr@ppy warranty they sold us didn't cover it. On top of that, they never mailed us our new plates. We waited and kept calling and then they finally said, oh yeah we have the plates here. Overall, I would be very wary about purchasing from this company. I would ensure that you get a mechanic to assess the car before buying from there because they will provide zero support after sale.

About a month ago was my first time at Asal. Staff was very courteous and helpful. They showed what was in my best interest and discussed various options with me. Mero answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. He made my fiance and I feel very comfortable and most importantly not pressured. He also did everything in a timely manner and got me into my new car the same day. Would definitely recommend.

Peter and George and the guy in the financial department very professional.i wait it 5 hours to do all the paper and get approved from the bank.finally after waiting 5 hours I was a very happy man because I was driving Mini Cooper Countryman home

This dealer does things the right way, from the staff members attentiveness to their customers needs and wants to the quality of their inventory. I wasn't even in the door yet before one of the mangers greeted me outside and directed me towards Peter who was more then happy to help. All the while he constantly checked in with me just to make sure his employees were delivering an suburb experience.

Easy Purchase

Contacted them via the internet and was contacted back in an incredibly short amount of time. Employee over the phone made me feel quite at ease and explained to me everything I needed to know regarding the vehicle and purchase process. Upon arriving I was promptly greeted by the manager who then directed me towards one of the sales people who followed through on the same promises made to me before hand. Definitely a smooth transaction.

$2,500 on top of the sales price for your profit margin?

The car was listed for $13,000, the guy adds $2,500 for "Profit" and after taxes the car came out to $18,000. These people are [non-permissible content removed]! This is the reason why "USED CAR DEALERS" get a bad rep. I drove an hour and a half to have both of our time wasted.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I sent a internet lead in to this company. 3 hours went by I had to call again and I spoke with some person that was not professional and didn't know anything about the 2007 E63 AMG. don't trust this company at all. There way over priced. I called back again had to speak with the manager he had to find out who I was talking to about the car and then 3 minute's went by, no one answered. I feel I can be treated better at a waffle house then here.

I called Omar, was a nice guy! as usual he asked me come over. I drove 80 miles to meet Omar. As long as it is a decent price I was planning to drive the car home. Car was listed for $13,877 But Issue was that they added pre-inspection cost (1955+900) and document fee of 375 and another 350 for license plate. The Pre-inspection cost really put off me, I can understand that doc and license fee (They want to make money; it is a business!). I was willing to pay $14500 Price $13000 Tax 6% $780 Doc $375 Plate $350 I was even ready to pay doc and license fee!

Manny is a joke of a salesperson

I was helping my friend shop for a car. He really liked the Lexus LX 470 here since this one was the color he wanted. I reached there and met with Manny. He took me to the car, which was placed in the corner where you cannot even enter the vehicle properly. This one has LCD screens on the headrests. So, I asked him if those work and if he could turn them on. He played with a few controls, but couldn't get them on. He said that about a month ago, someone showed him how to get them to work. While this was going on, I took a walk around the vehicle. The pictures on the website are definitely touched-up, as you cannot see the condition of the seats and the wheels properly. Also, this entertainment system comes with two headphones for the LCD screens. Only one was available and that too was in a very dismal condition. After seeing everything, I determined that the vehicle condition was not as reported on the website. Anyways, I thought lets see if his offer compensates for the condition. When I asked him what was the lowest price, he simply said whatever the website shows. He then asked me my range. I told him my OFFER for this one would be around 10,000 - 11,000 and I backed it up with the condition of the car. He said that "considering it is a 2003" the condition is clean. I told him that KBB will disagree with you. He said no one uses KBB and asked me to check NADA. I showed him the price on NADA. I showed him the meaning of "Average Condition" and "Rough Condition" on NADA. He said that I was using my interpretation. And then went "Buddy, for your price range this is the wrong car." The typical passive-aggresive insult tone. I thanked him for his time and left. Please take your business somewhere else. This place clearly highers ANYONE with no experience and no Customer Interaction training. I have pictures, and I wanted to share them here, but google doesn't have picture sharing. Anyone with an iota of common sense would not say "considering that the vehicle is 15 years old, the cracks on seat, rust on the metal and the dinged off paint on front and rear bumper is clean condition" Manny thinks he knows more than the guys at NADA and KBB. What a joke of a salesperson.
