onI've been doing business with Clinton Acura for many years. Recently I leased a new MDX and worked with Bob Kadi. He is always very honest, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. In fact, I have referred several friends and family members to him because I know they will be treated very well, in addition to getting a great deal. It was a nice surprise to find out I even get a referral fee when he sells them a car! Thanks again!

Fun buying experience

onI purchased my 4th car from Clinton Acura in March from Henry. They really make it easy to return. No stress, easy to work with. With the customer rewards program they have I got an additional $575 dollars to put down on my new lease simply for servicing my car with them. I will be back again once my lease is up, and I will continue to bring my car in for service too. Would definitely recommend them for sales and service.

Stress free experience

onI recently went to Clinton Acura to shop for a new car. I was greeted by Keith Kraycirik who immediately made me feel very comfortable. Keith was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He helped me discover what my car needs were and then directed me to an MDX. On the test drive he was able to answer all my questions. During negotiation with Keith and the manager Robert I did not feel pressured in any way. It was an extremely pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Clinton Acura to anyone who is looking for a pressure free and fair buying experience. Thanks Keith and Robert.

Very poor customer support

onAlthough our buying experience started out positively, their true colors became clear at signs of our first need for assistance. I would not recommend buying a used vehicle or any added warranties from this dealership. When we needed their support, it was a run around to avoid spending money until we had to correct the issue our selves and pay for it elsewhere. They are great at selling but extremely poor at support and service.

MDX buying experience

onThe process and the price were great. Clinton Acura beat the lease price of all other dealers in the area on a fully loaded MDX, and Aaron B. was very responsive via email to all of my questions. So many other dealers used system generated emails to continually follow up and ignored most of my questions. Only had to make one trip to the dealership for delivery. Got a very fair trade in value as well. Would definitely return to Clinton Acura in the future, and the MDX has been great.

Another Good Experience

onI just leased my second Acura RDX from Robert K. at Clinton Acura. Most of the work was done through the internet that saved both of us a lot of time. Bob was also available during my first lease when different questions came up. I had met with other dealerships and there seemed to be some communication problems on what I wanted. A trip to another local dealership turned out to be a total waste of time. Bob was able to work with me to get me a price that we could both live with. I am very pleased with the 2014 RDX that I have had for a week. They did not have it in stock but were able to locate it in short order and they paid the last month of my lease so I could take delivery in December. I have also had good luck with the service department at Clinton Acura. I have recommended Bob to other friends who might be interested in an Acura.

I paid for the price I think is reasonable (price is lower than a few quotes that I got and 2014 just arrived to the lot a few days earlier). I added a few options. The sales person had everything installed before I picked up my car. Although I paid cash, Client Acura was honest enough to tell me that I did not need to pay any of those financial surcharges if I finance the car. Client Acura even shopped around for my old Honda Accord for the highest price when I traded in my car. Two months later, I received a refund checks from Client Acura for overpaying although it was just about $40. I am going back there for my MDX.

Bad experience

onI've purchased my vehicle from Clinton Acura 4.5 years ago. It worked out well. Yesterday (Dec. 17, 2011) went there again looking for a car for my brother. Things have changed for the worse. There is a new general manager than the one I worked with in the past, and the guy is unreasonable. He quoted a price $1000 - 1500 higher than I've already been quoted at other dealers. He made it sound as if he were the only dealer around with inventory, and I wouldn't have a choice but to buy from him. He's right, he's still selling 2011s when his lot is already full of 2012s. In any case, I would not recommend Clinton Acura to any prospective customers, and will not do business there again.

Rip off

onThe worst dealer that I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I already had financing in place when I arrived, but was convinced by Frank that they could give me a better deal. He talked me into a longer term and sold me a warranty that wasn't necesssary. When I realized the warranty wasn't necessary, I contacted Frank. He said he didn't realize how much time was left on the original warranty and that he would take care of having it dropped. Well, a dozen phone calls later and nothing was done. I finally called the warranty company, was told I couldn't drop it, but all they needed was a call from the dealer. That was two years ago. Thanks Frank! The other problem I encountered was on the loan app. The salesman filled out the loan app over the phone. He made a mistake that I didn't catch and to this day it still haunts me on my credit reports. The dealer refused to take responsibility. Two years later I'm still trying to have it removed. If you really need to own an Acura, please go elsewhere. They are a rip off!!

"Clinton Acura" It doesn't seem to get any better!

onEverything went smooth and easy and all my expectations were met. Our salesman supported us throughout the process and even returned my call from his house during his off time. Our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I think we paid a fair price for an outstanding vehicle. I haven't had the occasion to use this service department but every other used (in Bridgewater and South Carolina) always went the extra mile to satisfy. My conversations with everyone at Clinton Acura lead me to expect no difference. This is our second Acura and look forward to a long and continued relationship with the Acura family.

Pleasant Car Buyng Experience

onI purchased a 2006 TL from Clinton Acura on 10/31/09. The car is great. My salesman, Henry, did a great job throughout. The entire process was stress-free from the initial visit thru the final signature. They gave me a very fair trade-in amount which made it easier for me. The financing was quick and easy. Their loaner car program was also a big plus in deciding to buy from them. Give these guys a shot when you look for your next car.

Leased from them Once but not Again

onLeased a 2005 TL from Clinton Acura and when it came time to return the vehicle and get a 2008 TL base lease suffice it to say the salesman gave a whole bunch of nonsense about how we would be paying more now then we did before and that they couldn't come down and match our lease we paid before; after getting the run around for a week and not coming down on the payments we went to [another dealership] and got a great deal that was even lower than we paid on our 05 lease when Clinton Acura said it wasn't possible; salesman called a week later to see if we were still interested and when we told them him we got a better deal at another acura dealer he got real nasty and told us that if we could never service or get a loaner car from them because we didn't get a vehicle from them; the salesman also said we were lying and that there was no possible way we got a better deal then what he offered us; can you believe the nerve of the guy!!!

onI just purchased a car from Clinton Acura and I must say it was a pleasure.My salesperson Henry was great,he really worked with me to get this car.there were no hidden charges at the end,everyone was up front and honest,no high pressure.If you are reading this I guess you are looking for a Acura so give these guys a shot you will not be dissapointed.Once more Henry and the staff thanks for everything.

I went to 2 dealers i picked this one due to there was no games being played he was very straightforward and no managers got involved dealt with the salesman always. The dealership is a very relaxed but a professional atmosphere. When it came to financing this was also easy and no games played with the numbers..
