Point of Contact 1: Mr. Frank Levine Director of pre-owned operations and E-commerce Point of Contact 2: Mr. Martin Dawson Sales and Leasing Consultant Pros: The staff of Cherry Hill Jaguar thoroughly understands and applies excellent client service and client care. Cherry Hill Jaguar's customer service is an example for the automotive sales industry to follow. Cons: At the time of my purchase experience the preowned Jaguar inventory was limited. The limited preowned Jaguar inventory may have been a result of my end of year purchase and the elevated traffic of sales activity. Despite these observations I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. My extensive search for a high quality, certified pre-owned Jaguar lead me to Cherry Hill Jaguar on December 2nd, 2016. I arrive at approximately 5 PM and was greeted by kind and courteous staff in accordance with my scheduled time of arrival to test drive vehicles. Sales representative, Martin Dawson demonstrated expert knowledge, courtesy, professionalism and a thorough attention to detail. While I test drove a vehicle the vehicle I intended to trade-in was evaluated and appraised. The appraised trade-in value was respectful of the exceptional condition of the vehicle I was trading. Following the test drive and examining the financial considerations I decided to purchase a black 2013 Jaguar. Mr. Frank Levine (Director of pre-owned operations and E-commerce) approached, introduced himself and expressed his appreciation for me as a customer before he assisted with solidifying my purchase. I have purchased many vehicles from small, medium and large automotive dealerships but I have never had a single vehicle purchase completed so effortlessly. However after driving the vehicle for several days and further consideration I thought the vehicle didn't exactly meet my needs or expectations. I called Frank Levine and after explaining my reconsideration, Mr. Livine said (without a pause) that he would exchange the vehicle for the full value that I paid for it towards any vehicle of my choosing. This exceptional level of customer focus and additional assistance from Martin Dawson led me to the perfect Jaguar. I'm thrilled with the second certified pre-owned Jaguar Frank and Martin found for me and I am completely confident in the service Cherry Hill Jaguar can provide me in the future. Overall my experience with Cherry Hill Jaguar was excellent. I purchased a fantastic vehicle from an automotive dealership that clearly believes in their automobiles and values client service and relationships. I've enjoyed my new Jaguar over the past week, it has been nothing but a pleasure drive. Sincerely, D.K.
