Underhanded

3/05/2020: Highlights: Note: I am a return customer. 1. I specifically asked for a 2020 vehicle on a three year lease. The 2019 is identical. The paperwork had begun and when I called my insurance I realized I had been duped. They deal was made for a 2019 without my knowledge. 2. In a complete rage I go to the manager for a print out so I have paperwork proving that the transaction is null and void before I walk out. 3. The manager matches my deal, however he tries to sneak in a 4 year lease (another slight). Overall, these guys are without honor. I would never go back to this treacherous place. They are supposed to make as much money on the car that they can, not send you home with what they want or have you commit to something unknowingly. Borderline corruption here!

Blake Clay @ Sansone Nissan is amazing. He went out of his way to help my husband and me with leasing 2 vehicles. Where we thought it would be impossible to be at the numbers we wanted, dealing with a vehicle that we still owed money on and a lease that had not ended. Blake was our saving grace and worked it all out at both Nissan for my husbands vehicle and Chrysler for mine. I have leased since 1999 and this was by far the best service we have ever received. Thank you for making this stressful situation a happy one!

What a wonderful experience!! I've had Nissan Cars for many years though I never purchased through Sansone. When I decided to get my new Rogue a friend of mine suggested I go to Sansone's. Being somewhat stubborn, I went to another dealer that was a little bit closer to home. The salesman seemed pushy and not at all interested in what I was trying to accomplish. So the next day I went to Sansone's and had the wonderful luck of being introduced to Ray. He was amazing. He took so much time with me going over different options. A few hours later, I drove out with my new beautiful Rogue. Thanks so much Ray and thank you Sansone's!!

Excellent customer service

It was a great experience when buying my car. Harold is an excellent person and got us the car the were looking for. He was nice and very concern about our questions which were responded well- explained. I will come back in a couple of months to get a new Van for my business. Thanks Harold for the good time we spent in Nissan Sansone.

wonderful salesman

Greg Czajkowski was knowledgeable and listened to my preferences. He used his tablet when necessary. I did not feel pressure at all. I had leased my Murano at Sansone and went back to turn it in early when I received a notice in the mail. Since my personal situation had changed, I felt the Rogue was a better choice for me and Greg understood my needs. I would give him the highest rating for his expertise. I would recommend Sansone and this gentleman to any of my friends and famiy.

It's so sad how sansone nissan is robbing people right in front of them. I am happy and fortunate I walked away from a disasters deal. Avoid Oscar who is the sales manager and Addison (south american dude.) This dealer is not trustworthy at all. I got the true car certificate and was told they acknowledge it and was actually showing certified true car dealer. Now after all the incentives and deals going on I was able to negotiate the car value to $21K. After Addison went to Oscar (the sales manager or whoever he is) they changed the price to $25k for a Nissan Rogue excluding taxes and DMV fees. I asked why? How come now it's $25k and I was given ridiculous attitude saying that "well that's the price you qualify for" like seriously WTF are they talking about!!! I happened to leave within that same minute. Some of there director or superior reached out to me after I explained via e-mail and then they never replied back to my e-mail. I would highly highly highly suggest that you go to Ramsey Nissan and see the salesman name George and you will thank me later. Don't buy from Middlesex or Hudson county. They all are just complete BS. And until this date no one has responded to me from Sansone Nissan!

I had the pleasure of working with Michael Odierno & Glen Scheider today. My wife and I leased a new Altima. Both Michael & Glen were friendly, professional and very informative. The process was so smooth, he educated us on all the details and we couldn't be more happy about the lease. There was no hassling and no pressure at all! End of Year Sales

Accidently (passing by) stopped off to see the hybrid Avalon. Bingo, tbere was one on the lot ready to test drive. Had a very compelling experience. Brought the wife along for a look see. Impressed. Karan, our (by chance) salesperson, showed the differences in model features. Ws were able to select the appropriate model, obviously not in our first choice color but Karan had noted that the interior color was more impor tant than the exterior and found us a decor optioned model. It is fantastic. I never imagined going over 40 mpg but over fifty seems totally alien. Early days but those are the results, with air conditioning.
