Deceitful practices. Be very careful

in 2014 leased a car that I had been looking for since my Honda Crosstour was near the end of its lease. So we ended up leasing the only fully loaded Kia Cadenza they had and we were very happy with the car. A few months before the lease was up and during one of my service visits they tried to lease me a newer model and I tried to downgrade to a Kia Optima to lower my payments but to my disbelieve the same salesperson that leased my Cadenza, Mr. Jeffrey Fore was coming up with the same $3500 at delivery plus a similar monthly payment for a smaller term. Of course that didn't make much sense and I ended up buying a brand new VW's for the same I was paying for my lease. My real reason for this review is that after I returned the vehicle a month before the lease was up and after paying all the months due I get a bill from Kia Finance for a "Disposition Fee" of $400 plus taxes. It turns out that Sansone slipped a $400 fee that gets applied if you don't purchase your leased vehicle. And deliberately they chose not to explain you that ridiculous charge, which Kia subjects to Sales Taxes on top of. That is as deceitful as I've ever seen from a car dealership. there is no way I would have signed a disguised charge as that and I never had such a charge for any of the previously leased Honda or Nissan. Stay away from dishonest dealerships!

Good experience

I don't consider myself an experienced negotiator but I feel they treated me well. I came prepared to deal with multi-day negotiations i.e. going back and forth between different dealerships. The sales guy (Justin Granville) didn't waste too much :) of my time and gave me a pretty good deal on the new Kia Soul on the first day.

I must say this is by far the most pleasant experience I have ever has as a customer in the auto department. My sales person was Justin Granville and he was pleasant from the very start to the absolute end, making sure he worked together with his managers and my wishes to get me the vehicle I deserved. All teams involved that evening did a phenomenal job not only in their customer satisfaction rate but over all hospitality. Oh did I mention they bought my entire family dinner! amazing experience of all car shopping and buying ever.

today me and my mother went into sonsone kia looking for another car to put into my name and raza made my day he made us feel welcome and basically like family he is very helpful, wonderful and great I will refer him to anybody and come back just for him we had a lovely time with raza. But RAZA did More than an Exceptional Job; I told home what I was looking for and my price range. this true gentlemen went above and beyond to satisfy my wants with a deal I could not turn down. I just want a take a second to commend Raza and the team at Sansone Kia. I must admit I came a little apprehensive (figuring I would be attacked by thirsty salesman) but it was the complete opposite. Raza was a professional and courteous individual who took his time and worked with us so we felt comfortable with the vehicle we were purchasing. In addition to Raza's excellent customer service, the sales manager Wes was also very courteous and professional. In short I would definitely return to Sansone Kia and would highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a new Kia.
