Outrageous documentation fees.

Wanted to purchase a truck priced at $42450 asked for cash out the door price and as told it would be $52,195. Actual documents cost less than $3000 (Sales tax, Registration, tags and title transfer in PA) Not sure how they came up with $9745. offered to pay them $4000 and they never responded. When I called and requested the Sales Manager email they refused to give it to me.

This is the worst dealership ever. The customer service is horrible. I've been waiting for a call back since the night I drove the car off the lot. I purchased my car from Prestige auto. Call numerous time because the check engine light came on when I got home and the car didn't have an inspection sticker. I had to pay the Audi dealer to check to see why the check engine light was on. No reimbursement from the dealership. I know have to pay to get a duplicate registration card because they're going to charge me a few to mail it to mail. I had my tags transferred so there was no need to go an hour and a half back to the dealership. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there.

Dishonest, rude, unprofessional, hidden fees

This dealer scams you with a below KBB price. When you get there they add on $2459 dealer fees and all kinds of other things. They said it was to clean and inspect the car, but it was dirty and had one bald tire. The price was $15,700 advertised and I offered $19,000 + in cash and they said your money is no good here if you don't finance it's way more and never told me how much. They said all the posted prices are only if you finance. Unethical salesman, no respect for cash buyers. Don't give them your business they don't deserve it. Went down the street, got the same car, less miles cheaper.

Price discrepancy in regards to 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara

Over the weekend, went to Prestige Auto Group in Avenel to purchase the advertised Jeep Wrangler that we saw on the internet for $32,790. We arrived at the dealership and liked the jeep. We sent a picture to our daughter who loved the jeep. When someone finally came over to help us, they wanted us to go inside to discuss price but we wanted more details on the jeep before we sat down. The internet price was $32,790. When we asked the salesman to tell us price, he said it is on the window. Well that price was $59,900. Over a $20,000 price difference. There was not even $20,000 in upgrades. We are jeep people and know the price of lifts, tires, etc. The jeep was nice but did not have that much in extras to justify the price. I told them they are [non-permissible content removed] since we came down to buy the jeep based on the internet price. The salesman left and never returned again. Then, another salesman approached us and we once again wanted to discuss the internet price and he said that is not the price of the jeep. Well they lost a sale that day since they lied and posted an inaccurate price on the internet which did not make the price on the vehicle. That is illegal. What a disappointment for my daughter. Would never go there again to even look at a vehicle.

SCAM Dealership

Drove from long Island and was told no additional fees. Got there and was told $2,490 dealer fees, $590 documentation preparation fee. Obviously I knew about taxes and registration. The craziest is they also ask how much you looking to pay monthly? How would you know if you never ran my credit? Thankfully I recorded him and have texts. Will be filing with proper authorities to make sure you don't get rip off.

After going over all the pricing and extra fees, I asked my wife and daughter to come from Long Island ( a 2 hour drive) to view the car. As soon as my daughter said she wanted the car , the warranty went from $1250 to over $3000. Once that was rectified a dealer prep fee , of almost $1500 was added into the contract. I asked and the salesman admitted he told me there was no dealer fees with the exception of $579 documentation fee. These people lie and are shady . I think a call to the BBB and Department of Consumer Affairs is in order. I would give 0 stars but it won't accept the review without any star rating. Remember..... You always get what you deserve. Good luck if you deal with them

the sales person named Russel was very friendly speaking person with many of his funny story. My wife and I were very pleased in his professional job. The dealer sells good luxury car with reasonable price. I strongly recommend to buy your next car from here, it's recommended!

This company is build off of Lies they give you a guarantee that you will pass inspection and obviously with that guarantee you would think that they would fix any damages done to the vehicle that you purchased that way you can pass inspection that is not true they sell vehicles that are below par that make it look like the car is functioning well and drives well until you actually drive it more than just a test drive stay away from these guys as they are [non-permissible content removed] never ever purchase a car from

Just wanted to give a quick thank you to all the staff at Prestige. I called about a Mercedes I saw online came in met with Danny drove the car loved it! The buying process was so simple didn't think I was buying a car. I have had some awful experience's in the past. The price was the most aggressive in the area and fees were very reasonable compared to some of the other dealers I shopped at. I love my car and looking forward to doing future business.

I recently purchased a car from here and at first would have raved about the sales and service provided. It wasn't until I took my new car bought from Presitge Auto Group to get a PA state inspection ( I live in PA about an hour and half away from Prestige) And I was told when purchasing my vehicle that inspection was done and that the car without a doubt would pass ANY inspection. That was proven to be wrong when I was told that I needed both front and rear breaks, roaders, and some other manufacturing things Over $1000 worth of work is needed to pass inspection. So thinking highly of this company we reached out to them to see what our options were so we could get this taken care of- and basically were told nothing could be done on there end. Long story short- I am convinced this auto group is selling cars that are far from inspected and/or in any good condition. I would not recommend them to anyone. Awful experience and awful business.

We bought a Ford F150 from Prestige yesterday. It was a great experience, I love these guys. So friendly, so helpful, so nice. Yes, they were selling me a car, so they should be nice, but Steven our salesman was above and beyond, what a character. He really knows his job. I did not feel like I was getting scammed, or beat. They were forthright with my credit situation (Gregory and team) and worked to get me a better rate. The cars the sell are GORGEOUS, so much car for the money, lots of bells and whistles, and thats why i bought there. We looked at base models for the same price from other dealers, these guys give you a lot of option upgrades for the same price, and we love options. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership.
