I went there to buy a 2018 Prius Prime advertised on Edmunds with 14,000 miles for $22,481. I spoke to "Naomi" a number of times on the phone and asked for her when I got there. I was handed off to a random salesman who took me out to the car. When I asked him if there was any flexibility in the price he said that they add a $2900 "dealer fee". That brought the price to $25,381 which was about the same asking price as many similar cars being advertised. I figured the price was a lie so the mileage was probably a lie too. I didn't wait for them to fill the empty tank so I could go for a test drive. Don't waste your time going to this hole. The positive reviews are probably all written by them.

I came in to the dealership to see an test drive a 2015 Honda Civic SI. I was immediately greeted by Akeem who got the key for the car right away. Akeem answered all my questions accurately and thoroughly. I told Akeem I wanted my wife to see the car before I come home with another car. Akeem allowed me to show her the car at her job an thankfully she approved of it. I have been searching for this car for a couple week’s now an finally found it. I work at a used car dealership that couldn’t find me the car I was looking for at the time. Akeem came back with the price of the vehicle an we made a deal. He also helped me an was patient with me while I had to get and start a new policy for insurance. Akeem an the rest of the team at EMG we’re very polite an respectful. They gave me a fair price for the car an got me on the road in a very timely Fashion. I would recommend everyone to this dealership an most important go see Akeem. They made the car buying very easy.

This dealership seemed good on the outside, affordable cars, many to choose from, and "friendly" staff over the phone . I booked an appointment to look at and purchase a car and I called to verify THREE times that day for assurance they still had it. needless to say a 2.5 hour drive later they did NOT have the car I was promised over the phone and immediately was asked if there's another car I'd like . Horrible professionalism and the worst part was this: I made them aware how improper what they did was and made it clear I'd leave a poor review because I was so mad .I was bribed not to .Save yourself the stress and grief of dealing with EMG auto, go somewhere with credibility .This dealer is a horrible joke .

Our experience with EMG was awesome. We came from another state to purchase the car, because the vehicle was priced super competitively. The sales manager Franco did all his best finding us a good deal and trying to make this process smoothly and quickly.He was very helpful and professional.Provided us with all the information we needed.Besides they made some car service which we even didn't talk about. Today I purchase a 2018 Tiguan and I could not have been more happier and satisfied with the service I received from Jonathan and Voytek. You see I purchase my last car 18 years ago, Voytek and Jonathan reassure me that it was full time I let go and purchase a new car. Salesman was very nice but the car was misrepresented as having passed all their checks and being sound. The car is a 2008 Audi A4 Quattro convertible. The roof leaks badly and water pools up on the floor boards resulting in almost of all of the computerized control panels underneath the seat to malfunction. I have already poured another $3500 into the vehicle and that does not even include the roof repair which is estimated at 4-5000K. Very disappointed when talking with service rep that said basically it's all my problem now.

I don't usually write reviews for anything but I feel compelled to tell my quick story here! I can't be more happy with my buying experience at EMG! I'm located in Pittsburgh, PA so I traveling to NJ to buy a vehicle was a bit of a wildcard. Days leading up to the purchase, Jonathan and his team provided me with additional pictures of the car and were very honest about everything over the phone. Once I finally arrived at EMG, I was treated very well by Jonathan, another sales representative named Junior, and Anthony, their finance guy. Each one was very kind and personable while we made small talk throughout the entire process. Back to business, Anthony did his best to find me the lowest interest rate possible because I had to finance the car. As far as the car goes, my expectations were completely blown away by the overall condition of this thing. For being 3 years old, the car is literally a 9.5/10 overall rating. It has 12k miles left on its warranty too, so thats a huge plus as well. At the end of the day, I drove 5 hours to EMG because the vehicle was priced super competitively! while buying a car a charge of 1600$ came up . was told that car goes thru multi-point inspection and if anything is wrong they will fix it(correct the problem ). i point out few problems ( left headlight out, flat tire light , wheel balance, breaks etc) and was assured by salesman (Junior) that everything will be taken care of . once i left parking lot I've been trying to contact them for two weeks and I've been ignore since.

emg autos had a variety of cars in their lot that I loved I went in on 5/21/18 and wanted to test drive one specific car and I did and fell in love with it I went back In later that day and spoke to junior who was helpful since the time I walked in for the test drive to the time I left with the car home junior was phenomenal and very professional and honest with me from door made sure everything on the car was in working order serviced the vehicle while the purchase was being finalized loved his attitude and worked with me all the way from keeping in touch with me knowing I wanted the car I want to thank him very much for all his work and for keeping his word from the start.

Tried purchasing a 2012 vw Gti and a 2007 Honda S2000 this year at 2 different used car dealers and was shut down both times. But first time I stepped foot at emg left with a 335 that was newer, with lower miles and nicer than both cars I tried to get into before. Big shout out to Franco and Billy !

Terrible car dealer! All their cars on CarGurus and other websites are scams. Bait and switch tactics. They have a team of fake sales people that drive people through there doors only to be told that "OH! THAT CAR JUUUUUUUST SOLD 30 SECONDS BEFORE YOU GOT HERE!" We drove 2 hours to get there! Don't waste your time or gas!

I purchased my BMW from this location in 2016 December, and has incurred a bill for service ever since then. The car has been in the shop every other month. The first month the car shut off on me in the middle of the high way and was taken back to this dealership and they told me nothing was wrong with the car. I am now out $25K lucky for me I was forced by this dealer to pay for an additional insurance for the car and they have help to cover some of the expenses. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this dealer. My car is still shutting off once driven more than 50 miles per hour. My engine had to be replaced, pumps, gas leak, coolant leak and the list goes on. Do not trust the car facts they provide. I have receipts to prove my claim as well. I will never buy from this dealer ever again!!

After looking their website found two 6 speed car of my liking. Called them and spoke to a representative name Jevron then a salesman to inquire about the vehicles. they told me “yes” they have it and for me to go by them. Then they called me 3 days straight to go there see the car. they called me in the morning again and set up an appointment. Same day I drove 80 miles there after going to the bank taking 15 k cash for a down payment. Spending money in toll, gas and traffic and all… got there and they didn’t have none of the 2 cars they said they have. They lied and wasted my time. I contacted an out of state dealership, EMG Auto sales on monday 8/21/17 after seeing a car advertised on their NJ based website that I'd been searching for for over 8 months. I first called on Monday and put in an offer. It wasn't excepted and put into writing until Wednesday 8/23/17 after they excepted my offer, sent me a signed bill of sale, told me to take out an insurance policy with that vin# so I could get it home on a 20 day temp registration, then transfer it Monday here in NY. The bank spoke with EMG Auto and got all of the necessary information and cut a check for the contracted amount in their name. The insurance company added the vehicle to my policy and sent EMG Auto proof of the binder and insurance card on Wed 8/23/17 per their request. EMG Auto knew I would be traveling from upstate NY to their NJ dealership on Saturday 8/26/17 for pick up of my new vehicle. We spoke on the phone everyday from wed to fri and saturday morning when I was on my way down I called one more time to confirm all is well, the car is ready, etc...They confirmed yes, all is well they were waiting for me! When I arrived at 1:42 pm I was met by the salesman Omar, that I'd been dealing with all week, he told me wait in his office his manager had to speak with me. ( I knew right then, there was a problem!) I waited over 15 minutes and finally walked up to the "Sales manager" (who never even stood up from behind his desk) but was kind enough to inform me the car was "Sold last night"!!! I said how could it have been sold!??? I had a deposit, its on my insurance, you guys verified everything was ok and for me to continue my 5 hour drive!!! Never once moving from behind his desk he told me they can show me some other vehicles! I assured him I only drove 5 hours one way because this was the specific vehicle I had been looking for for over 8 months! If I wanted just any vehicle, I could've bought it in ny. Needless to say, I'm out not only my time, the fuel and tolls down and back, the insurance on a vehicle from 8/23/17- 8/28/17 that someone else is driving. The entire experience was a nightmare. Beware! Read the reviews on yelp, edmond's, & google before making a purchase there. Their customer service needs serious improvement. I’d start with basic manners and empathy. Not one person, owner, manager, no one has called to apologize. So disappointing...Be very careful!

This was my 3rd car i purchased from a dealer and by far the worse!! Horrible customer service. I read someone here had the same problem with tge plates .. i didnt get mine until 20 days after the dealer plates had expire. After many calls and rude conversations upto getting the phone hung up on me fedex delievered my plates. If i knew i would have never gone here!!!

It has been 3-4 weeks since I have bought my car. Everything was going well until the plates never came in. My dealer plates are now expired, and ive been calling the dealership to get it resolved. Unfortunately the lady answering the call doesn't know how to politely help a customer out, you can leave a name and number down but no return calls to help resolve the problem. Seems like once the car is sold its not their problem to help the customers after.
