Excellent service experience. The folks at Belknap Subaru really take their servicing seriously, They were clear about what the service involved, how long it would take, an accurate quote, what would be covered under the warantee, and actually took care of a few things I had not even noticed. I really appreciate the care they take. And they have a very nice place to wait while the repairs are done.

new Legacy

I waited 7months for my car, I had a Legacy prior and purchased a new one. I have a sedan because I use it mostly to transport my kayak, and can reach the top but need to use a Hullavator rackI was informed by my sales person that my kayak rack would fit. When I tried to have my rack put on, it would not fit. I was very upset. I went to the dealership and their parts guy could not help me. My sales guy then looked at it and came up with an idea which I think will work. I like the car and if I can transport my kayak, I will be happy.

Answered the CVT transmission fluid change question

There is some debate about whether to change CVT trans fluid in models such as my 2015 Legacy 3.6R. We went ahead and did it, as the dealer seemed to be for it even though the manufacturer's intervals don't list it. This and the other services were performed while I waited. Checked the car over, made recommendations, done.

Checking on a possible transmission fluid leak

I had a new transmission fluid pan placed by Belknap Subaru about a year ago. Recently there was a question of a leak. The service department checked the pan and cleaned it. They had me bring it back 3 weeks later and all was well. On both occasions they brought me into the service area to let me view what they were talking about. I appreciated this service at no charge, the complimentary washing, and especially the complimentary inspection.

From A to Z, all aspects of buying our 2016 Crosstrek from Belknap Subaru were top notch. From initial information to detailed instructions - from test drives to a loaner car provided while we awaited delivery - the process was made smooth by employees who were friendly, courteous and competent. Eric Natal answered all our questions in such a way that it was clear he was passionate about the product (yet not at all pushy). Kudos to Eric, to Brian King and to everyone else for making our experience great. Topping it all off, the car is fabulous!

Wonderful Experience

This was not my first experience with buying a new automobile, but it definitely was the best ! I knew I wanted a Subaru, but didn't know for sure which model or package level. Eric Natal was fantastic - he let me test drive several different models and never made me feel rushed. He gave me lots of information while I was making my decision, never trying to push me into any specific vehicle or package. When I'd made my decision, he prepared all the numbers and explained everything in detail. Calm and unassuming - repeating or clarifying a detail (I had lots of numbers running around in my head by this time ! ) when I confused myself. By the time I went into the financial office to sign papers, I was very clear with all the details. Another great experience - calm transaction, clearly explaining each form I was signing. I was offered several additional programs throughout the purchase process - never feeling pressured by anyone to accept any of them. I'm looking forward to bringing my new car in for service - hoping their Service Department is as First Class as the Sales Department.

This is our fifth Subaru, a 2016 Limited Outback. You couldn't ask for nicer people, at Belknap Subaru. They gave us what we wanted within our budget and this car is loaded. Yes! Subaru made a few modifications. Eric Natal was our salesperson and he couldn't do enough. The time he spent going over the dash was greatly appreciated. No Pressure...Actually Fun Experience

Eric Natal made the buying process fun and easy. His humor was refreshing. He found the car that fit my criteria, then gave me an overview of features before driving it. Being a first time buyer, I heard horror stories of buying a new car, but Eric at Belknap Subaru was awesome. I asked about a couple cars via an online inquiry and Eric was super quick and got back to me in what seemed to be a no stress situation. In the time I received multiple emails from other dealerships pushing cars on me, Eric seemed pretty laid back throughout the messages. The whole process was wonderful and i would highly recommend this dealership and Eric.

After doing online research and stopping in at a couple other dealerships I stopped in at Belknap Subaru and talked to Eric Natal whom also had contacted me online. I found him to be very knowlegable and helpful and best of all didnt try to sell me something I didnt want or need. The price I got for my trade in and the "out the door" price for my new Forester were very reasonable. The rest of the team were nice to work with and never made me feel pressured.

Honestly a fantastic experience here at Tilton Subaru with salesman Eric Natal and the whole team. Extremely smooth financing appointment and wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a Subaru.
