McGovern Subaru in Newington service is always first rate. Absolutely professional and friendly. I’m on my second car with them, main reason being the service. Pricing is more than fair, even a set of tires priced less than the chains. Not going anywhere else.

My overall experience with McGovern Subaru was extremely good. They had a used car on their lot I could not easily find near my home in Maryland at a fair price. Even though there was an unexpected issue, they resolved in a timely manner. So, no complaints. Highly recommend the dealership. Ask for Kyle Soller (Sales).

Not too bad

Just purchased a used 2019 Jeep Wrangler. Despite being new, Dave Azzo was extremely helpful for I am hard of hearing and he went the extra mile to make sure I fully understood everything. He made negotiating the monthly payments stress free and really appreciated my comfort level. The only con I had was the amount of time I spent waiting for the sales manager and inspection. Dave tried to make sure I was comfortable but he is only one person.

If repair is large, ask how they can help with cost of required work. i.e. call Subaru and ask them to share expense. Wellingness to give me a loaner car, at no cost to me, so I could get home and go to work. Repair was done within 1 day, service person got back to me with costs, help and time that the car was ready for pickup. Very good experience
Fast service & convenient location

Taken in 30 minutes before appt and done in no time. Service rep was friendly. A little confused by service timing - car dash message indicated 12,000 mile service due and received a reminder with coupon for 12,000 mile service, but dealership indicated they recommend a different service schedule. Will go back to McGovern at recommended mileage for service.

Alex Therrien was my Sales Agent at McGovern Suburu and he was an excellent guide through the entire lease process. He is professional and friendly and very approachable. I had many questions that he answered to my satisfaction. When I picked up my new Suburu Forrester Alex spent close to a half hour going over all the new technological features that my old twelve year old car did not have. I left the dealership feeling comfortable and safe in my new car. Alex was a great Sales Agent. I would absolutely recommend him and McGovern Suburu to friends and family.
