Car purchase made easy!

We had an extremely good experience dealing with our sales person Jeremy! He was very patient with us and never really rushed us. He answered all our questions and really made sure we understood the features of the vehicle. Buying a vehicle is stressful, but Jeremy did help reduce it as much as possible! We went to many different dealers in our area and found this dealership to be very easy to deal with. We found only one other that was similar while we were in Florida.

First off, the service guy was great and I apologize to only him for giving this 1 star. The real reason is that I was given a free service so I decided to purchase tires since I was there as they had a special going on where the 4th tire was a dollar. The person I spoke to on the phone quoted me just what the website said, fully installed and ready to drive off the lot per tire with a $100 mail in rebate. Come to find out after I’m all done and ready to pay, not only do they nickel and dime you for the wheel weights, reprogramming the valve stems and some service fee on the tires, but they also charged me for a 4 wheel alignment for $130 bucks that I was never told about and assumed it was part of the installation since I was quoted a number to drive off the lot with the tires. The bill ended up being more than $140 than I was told it would be. Don’t bother with this location, I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and this is how they treat people. At least the breakfast was free.

Jeff and Steve were excellent as always. They helped ease my mind after an awful morning in the rain with a dead battery. They were thorough and explained what was going on. Sevice was timely and I was given a coupon to use upstairs in the cafe.

Excellent Customer Service Experience as Always with Toyota of Nashua

Have been a repeat customer with Toyota of Nashua for nearly 20 years and never had a disappointing CS experience in all transactions including lease vehicles, purchases, warrantee work, general preventive maintenance, state inspections, oil changes, etc. All of ToN's Customer Service Representatives are professional, well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. Toyota CS representatives provided discount and sometimes even no charge on service visits when wait time exceeded the normal period for certain work. I've had numerous Customer Service roles throughout my own occupational career and can say without a doubt that Toyota of Nashua employs some of the finest Customer Service Representatives in the field.

What a Grand dealership

In all my years of purchasing vehicles I have never had such a seamless experience. My search for the Grand Highlander has ended and working with this dealership and Tom Gray was so easy. Tom was very personable, knowledgeable on the SUV, covered everything on the nuances of the vehicle, took time connecting everything up, answering questions. We never felt rushed. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone.
