Ryan was absolutely awesome. He is a great salesman, and a really fun guy. He joked around while I was test driving but I think it made me feel as if there was more than just someone trying to sell me a car, it was a great experience all around. I will go out of my way to recommend Ryan he is extremely chill and very down to earth. Keep up the good work

New Car Purchase

We recently purchased a leftover 2017 CX-5 .Our salesperson was Cameron Landry. His approach was low key and informative. His Mgr. Rich was the same. All of our questions were answered and our trade in was appraised without any haggling. The delivery was very thorough and every feature was explained to both my wife and myself. I was an automotive service advisor for 25 plus years and a salesman for many years as well. So I know what constitutes a pleasurable buying experience. This was it!! We have been Toyota owners for many years,so the CX-5 was a gamble that we are glad we took. So far,we love it. We have already referred one family member and will continue that trend.

Easiest Sales experience in 40 years

I visited Autofair Honda, Ira Toyota, and Werner Mazda. I have been an Autofair customer since 1990 and was looking for an AWD vehicle. I did my research on Edmunds and set out to test drive the different cars. I told all of the sales people the same thing; test drive, give me your lowest price and I want what ''Edmunds said I would get for my trade in. Don't want to give my phone number I want to be emailed.. Without getting into to many details, Ira treated name so badly I didn't even consider Toyota or at least not their dealership. Autofair was a close second with not caring I was a long time customer and said they could not talk lease terms until I was ready to sit down and never emailed me after my visit Then came Werner, I walked in late, gave them my terms, told them I didn't; have a lot of time and didn't want to waste theirs. Test drove a CX5, John, Richard and I talked, he promised me my trade in price and would email the details of the different leases that I asked him for. Since I waited a couple of days to decide my car was gone, but Rich and John said no worries we will get another, which they did. Every email, I sent was answered promptly, and the deal was sealed, I showed up at the dealership, and things went very smoothly and I know have my CX5. Rich and John were honest and in my 40 years of buying cars this was the best experience. Even Ted in the finance was great. I was not understanding all of the numbers he was telling me about, he was very patient with me. Once again this has not been my experience with Finance people at other dealerships. If their service department is the same I will be a Werner customer for life.

I was in the market to get myself back into an SUV, after reluctantly switching to a car a few years back. I had always loved the Mazda CX-5, but inventory was always limited since it has been so popular. Werner not only had an amazing inventory available, but were willing to do whatever it took to get me a car that met my standards. Cameron from start to finish was wonderful to work with - so much so we turned the deal around in less than 24 hours! Despite it being night time and the dealership closing, he took no short cuts in helping me get the best deal, and even after all my paper work was done he still stayed longer to show me all the new fun features of my car. He even cleaned the car himself since the service team had left for the night, offering me to come back later for a full detail just so I could take the car home that night to enjoy. The manager and finance team were also extremely genuine people, which is hard to find when working with dealerships. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Mazda! It was the best and QUICKEST experience I have had purchasing a car to date. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with this dealer!

No nonsense

Werner Mazda is one of the few dealerships where the sales staff does not beat around the bush. If you know what you want, they will help you get it for a fair price. The managers will also run various payment plans for you, or lease vs. sale if you're interested. Overall you will leave the dealership feeling well informed. They also do a great job presenting the maintenance plan. But what's the deal with the show room music? I don't think outdated music contributes to the sales experience! But all in all: Good job, Werner Mazda! I'd be happy to shop there again.

I purchased a vw passat from Werner, and since I needed it fast, they just cleaned it up for me and got me on the road. There were a few problems with the car at first that they took care of right away. The salesman, Marc G., who helped me through the sales process still greets me, by name, every time I go in to Werner (it's been almost 2 years since I bought my car). They definitely have taken good care of me, and I appreciate that.

I recently purchased a used vehicle Werner Mazda. The whole experience from beginning till the end was great. I noticed a car they had listed online and asked for a price quote Via e-mail. A salesman who was very knowledgeable responded quickly. He was not pushy or rude but simply answered my questions and scheduled a test drive for me. This was tricky because I recently moved to the area and my car was totaled. They sent someone to pick me up. The whole staff at the facility was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. When I arrived at the dealership I noticed a different car then the one I inquired about. The salesman let me test drive both. The prices on both were competitive to other cars I had looked at elsewhere. I ended up purchasing a 2009 Mazda Six. I love the car and am very impressed with Werner Mazda. If you want a good deal and to be treated with respect go there.

I lovered working with Werner and My sales Consultant ( Marc G ) was the best. This was my second purchase through Werner. 1st was A 2010 Mazda 3 and now a 2012 Mazda 3. Price of both vehicles was fantastic and the sales process quick. I will use them again.

My experience at Werner Mazda was absolutely wonderful. Would I go back and buy another car? Yes, in a heartbeat. The staff at Werner Mazda was friendly, professional, and a true pleasure to work with. I left Werner Mazda with not only a new car but also a big smile on my face. Werner Mazda disingenuous price quotes

I used Edmunds to request a price quote for a new Mazda3 and received the following from Werner Mazda in Machester NH: "thanks for inquiring to werner mazda about our 2011 mazda 3 i sport with the automatic transmission....you have made a great choice in considering the mazda 3 to be your next car as mazda is currently offering cash rebates AND 0% financing for 60 mos. which will save you thousands in finance charges...i do have this model in stock in your choice of colors...the exact configuration your seeking has an msrp of $18,350.00 and i can sell it to you for only $16,758.00...this price does include all available rebates, incentives, and discounts....would you like to schedule an appointment to come in and test drive, or do you have any questions i can assist you with ?...let me know please....thanks, ...sales mgr" This sounded like a good price to me so I headed for the dealership. From the email it might appear that I was about to buy a Mazda3 for $16,758.00 with 0% financing, right? Wrong. When it came time to settle, the sales mgr raised the price $500 because I did not qualify for the rebate he applied and another $500 because I said I planned on financing half of the price. Overall it was a waste of an afternoon and I recommend that Edmunds stop using them for price quotes as they are disingenuous and just use them to get you in the door.
