No dealer in the state of NH had as low an asking price on a used 2022 Ram Big Horn with similar miles than this dealer. The entire experience was great and there was no hassle and no pressure. The price was the price and the owner and all others at the dealership were honest and forthright about what they could and could not do on the deal. We need more dealerships like this! Worth a drive out to Hillsboro Ram.

My oil change warning message appeared on my screen, so I contacted Kelley in the service department and she scheduled an appointment right away for the next day. Emergency Service - Replace dead battery in 2015 Grand Cherokee

Vehicle wouldn't start and was acting erotically. Called Kelly at Hillsboro Jeep and she told me it was likely the battery. I asked if they had one in stock, she told me they could replace it as soon as I could get the Jeep there. They replaced the battery, and everything is back to normal thanks to Kelly. Likely the BEST SERVICE MANAGER in New England barr none.

This was a recall part check and I was very satisfied with the service I received. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they worked to make the time convenient for me. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and face and directed to the waiting area. The part on my truck was checked and confirmed to be safe and I was on my way again within 20 minutes. This appointment made barely a dent in my workday! The people at this dealership are top notch!

Although this most recent visit was for a simple inspection for an extended warranty, every visit to the Service Department at Hillsboro CDJR is a pleasure. The people at Hillsboro are always totally courteous and professional, and treat you like you are the most important part of their business. I have owned many cars over the years, and experienced many service departments, but the folks at Hillsboro are by far the best. And I include my experience with Mercedes and Porsche dealers.

A quiet, personal experience as opposed to some big box auto retail centers, the HDCJ dealership in Hillsborough is a clean, bright, friendly environment. No trying to sneak anything into contacts or avoiding the listed prices, just straightforward, honest sales. Lifetime free inspections are icing on the cake.

Another Excellent Experience

Contacted the service department of Hillsborough CDJR for a routine oil change. I was also in need of replacement of my tires prior to the beginning of winter here in New Hampshire. Had done my internet research about pricing and wanted to know if the dealership could price match the required tires. This was important as the OEM tires for my vehicle are quite expensive. The parts manager not only price matched the tires, but had them delivered overnight so they could be replaced at the same time as the routine maintenance visit. This is just typical of the way the personnel at Hillsborough CDJR always take the extra effort to put the customer first. This is the reason that I return to this dealership every time for the service needs of my vehicle.

Appalling and unethical

I reached out to this dealership through their online form as it was after business hours. I briefly laid out what I was looking for, and gave specific instructions to only contact me by email if they were able to find what I was looking for. I received a reply that they could not find what i was looking for, but wanted to sell me a new model custom ordered. When in all actuality the new model doesn't come with everything I was looking for. I ignored this response as I was busy. Over the course of approximately a months time I received several emails and phone calls even though I specifically asked not to be called. After an inquiry with another dealership didn't work out (about two weeks prior) I decided to reach out to Hillsboro, NH Chrysler again. I wrote a stern yet respectful email to the salesperson who had been calling and emailing me over the past month. In the email I stated that I was some what annoyed with her failure to follow my request, but would be willing to work with her if she could get exactly what I was looking for without playing any games. I sent a link of the exact vehicle I desired which was for sale, but unfortunately across the country. Now here comes the extremely appalling and unethical part. Approximately 15 minutes after I sent that email I began to receive HUNDREDS of phone calls, texts, and emails from other dealerships and services that apparently my information was entered into without my consent. They used areas where it was obvious I would receive the most contacts like Boston, MA. I spoke to the manager who refused to take any responsibility, and was adamant nobody on his sales team used my information to attack me as such. It's possible this may have been a team effort as some of the services I was signed up for had my name misspelled and others did not. If I could give negative stars I would. This dealership would not be recommend by me to my worst enemy. Save your time, money, and sanity and steer clear of this place!

I bought my Jeep Patriot through them. They were helpful and friendly and it was overall a pleasant experience. Within the first year my transmission and clutch went bad. It was a brand-new vehicle so sometimes you just get something that goes wrong. They covered all the costs including my rental and although it was stressful at the time, looking back, they handle that about as well as it could be handled.

Truck purchase unlike any other!

I have a very no-nonsense approach to purchasing vehicles and equipment-->if I don't hear what I'm expecting then there's no reason for me to do business. Ted and Drew delivered without reservation! The price on my new Ram 3500 was the lowest I had seen anywhere-and it was the exact model that I had been searching for. Every other dealer that I had been to (from Portsmouth to Manchester and beyond) it always seemed like the sales people were waiting to pounce on the next unsuspecting prey....Hillsboro CDRJ is the complete opposite of that. Ted and Drew are the most down to earth/real auto sales professionals I have ever worked with! Thank you for delivering excellent service and quality, gentlemen. Rachel and I will gladly drive by every other car dealer between Raymond and Hillsboro to visit and purchase from you again!
