We had a horrible experience with the general manager, who told us that we were lucky she was even kind enough to speak with us. This was after our transmission blew on the highway, on a car less than 20 days old.

I had a great experience leasing my Toyota Corolla at Bill Dube. I really enjoyed working with Brooke Alexander, she was very helpful in making sure I could finance the car since I just graduated in May and wasn't sure that it was even an option. She explained all the features, leasing process, and was very patient throughout the whole process. I never write reviews, in fact this is the first one I’ve ever written, but I had such a great experience I felt I had to share. Truth be told, I hate purchasing new vehicles, I don’t like the thought of having to haggle with people, and I hate the feeling I’ve been taken for a sucker after leaving. In my 40 years, I can count on one hand the new vehicles I’ve actually purchased from a dealership, as typically I tend to purchase by private sales instead. My brother-in-law advised me to go to Bill Dube Ford in Dover, NH and I’m glad I listened. I loved the fact that they pride themselves on doing what is morally right for their customers, verses doing the minimum required to sell a vehicle. The sales agent, Brian, was awesome; he answered all my questions and was extremely helpful, all without pressuring me into a sale; and as a matter of fact, I left the first time without making a purchase. On my return he was still just as helpful and friendly as he was the first time I visited. I did make a purchase the second time, and in addition to working with Brian, I also spoke with Ann the sales manager, who was just as friendly and straight forward. We did negotiate back and forth slightly on the price, as is to be expected, but they gave me a great deal on my trade in and an amazing price on the new vehicle. All and all, I had a great experience, with much less anxiety than I anticipated going into the process. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a new vehicle, and while I’m sure you can always find a place that will sell to you cheaper, their commitment to do what is right, and making their customers happy and comfortable, to me is more important. I definitely plan on using them for all my future purchases and I’d like to say thanks to Brian and Ann for giving me such a great experience

First time buying car and it's very worse experience!!Made you wait for long time and left you alone on the middle of transaction.Screwed us over.We call the office and complaint ,talk to the top manager and told us to call back over and over for almost two weeks and at the end,insulted us instead of trying to resolve it and told us that they didn't do anything wrong.

My first time experience with this Dealer was exceptional. I worked with Ann Morin for almost a year in order to obtain the highly sought after Tundra TRD Pro. Ann was able to place one of the first factory orders for a 2017 model in the new cement color and kept me informed as to its status all along the way. All the staff I worked with (Ann Morin, Donna St.Pierre and Matt Eisenhuth) were very professional and knew their product well. I picked up the truck on 10/14/2016 and it is a gem!

I live 100 miles away but decided to buy a new Corolla from Bill Dube's dealership this week based on their excellent prices (they participate in the military veteran TrueCar program), professional and knowledgeable staff, and prompt replies to all of my questions. Moreover, they were the only dealership of 4 that I contacted who immediately agreed to my request for a vehicle color they didn't have on the lot. Within ONE day, they had located and traded another dealer for exactly the color and model I wanted. Customer service at its best. Particular kudos to product specialist John O'Connor , Finance Manager Josh Gray and Customer Service agents Liz Mosley and Lisa Roberge - all were very professional, pleasant and enthusiastic. The team spirit and integration reflects highly on leadership that fosters such a positive work environment. I highly recommend this dealership.

Came to Bill Dube with the intent to get another used Subaru. While they didn't have an Outback I was interested in, they did have a sweet 2012 Impreza that I went with, as I was impressed with the features I wanted & some I didn't know I wanted! Dave Porter was very helpful in terms of letting me know the facts without pressuring me towards anything I was less interested in. Got me thru the process with good humor & went a few extra miles out of the way (literally!) by coming into Portsmouth on his day off to get some paperwork filled out with my co-signer. Overall, what can be an anxious & stressful process was made much less so by the various employees, especially Mr. Porter.

I splurged for a new RAV4. David was very knowledgeable and straightforward. Website is too misleading for what they really offer. Deals aren't as fantastic as their marketing leads you to believe. However, it is wonderful to drive a new vehicle again, even though they didn't put an inspection sticker on it. (Gotta make sure you check that one!) Again, David did an excellent job selling this car.

Going In I didnt know what to expect, I soon found myself talking with Shawn the sales guy. He's a very nice and personable person. Not pushy in the least bit. After a test drive and all the paperwork, I talked to Joe who went over the final numbers and details with me. Also another very nice and personable guy. Any questions I had they were happy to answer, even if I asked twice. I would definitely consider purchasing here again.

I was looking for a new van in my price range. I simply had to get out of my old Odyssey as it was falling apart around me. Every time I drove to job, a little part of me died. Thankfully, I spoke with Dave and he told me to come down and that he was sure I would leave a very happy woman. He seemed to know exactly what I was looking for and was able to get me into a gorgeous used Toyota Sienna that I fell in love with immediately. I did leave a very happy woman! I got the payments I could afford AND I got all the bells and whistles. It was awesome leaving the same day in a minivan that suits me and my family. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and even though part of the time I had my kids with me, there was plenty of toys and popcorn to keep them occupied. I will definitely buy here in the future!!

When I asked some basic questions about a New Car the salesman wanted to me to go in the office to get answers and talk, when I asked basic question and did not want to go inside Then when I would not follow him in he was RUDE wise guy. So I went down the street and I am purchasing a New Honda Accord.
