I had a wonderful experience with Ryan as my sales person. He was knowledgeable, friendly , and thorough . He took time to answer all of my questions and go over my new vehicle with me. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from him. It certainly won’t be my last. Grappone is my favorite dealership to purchase a vehicle from. I recently brought my 2019 Rav4 in to Grappone for warranty work. Working with one person as a liason in the service dept made things quick and easy. Many of us have been through situations where we would work with a few different people only to feel frustration in having to re-explain everything over. A loaner was given to me right away since my car had to remain at the shop for a while. The overall experience was stress free.

Wasted time and money

Dropped off the vehicle for an oil change and a dish of a clicking in the rear, what I suspect to be a bad CV. Explained it makes this sound when accelerating while turning. Was sent home saying the tech couldn’t replicate the noise. Thought it was odd until I pulled out of the parking lot and heard the same loud clunking/clicking sound. It’s consistent every time so I’m not sure how it was missed. Other than the missed diagnoses, they did say I needed some brake pads and rotors which I might have the shop down the road do.

Stopped in for an end of the day service. I had to change my appointment time earlier in the week and Grappone Toyota service department was very pleasant and accommodating. I had a busy day with an injured child and a sick grandchild. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. They took my car in right away and gave it back to me sooner than expected. Everyone one was pleasant and professional. I also love that they are pet friendly. These are some of the reasons I go to Grappone.

Wants to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to find an “oil leak” when I had no other issues before coming into the lot. Now I all of the sudden have a jeep leaking oil when it never did until I drove into the lot

Grappone provides fantastic customer service and excellent car service. I never feel like they are recommending unnecessary repairs. Their work is transparent especially now that they provide a video of their work. Their computer system is efficient and each person you are in contact with knows what is happening with your vehicle. I bought my car through them and will continue to service it there!
