The car I was interested in was ready upon arrival. After a test drive I advised my product specialist I wanted to buy and she got right to work. What was really great about this whole experience was the stress-free discussions about the cost, my trade in and loan options. I was in and out in approximately two hours - the whole process was not what you see at any other dealership - it was a breath of fresh air! The unexpected free lift passes to Pats Peak was an added bonus that I didn't even expect but should get some good use as my kids will learn how to ski now - thank you!

John Fay was extremely patient with me. I visited 4 times with him specifically and gave me undivided attention each time. He catered his experience to get me the best deal due to the fact that I had a chapter 7 discharge. I really appreciate him greatly.

I was welcomed right away. Rob was honest and genuine. He helped us through the entire process and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Despite the groans from his co-workers, I think that Rob's jokes were delightful. When looking at Kelly Blue Book, I also think that I was given a great price and am so happy to be in my new car! I also appreciated the phone call I received the next day to check-in on my new car.

It was honestly the best car buying experience I've ever had. Rob was professional, informative and most importantly did not pressure me at all. He knew every detail inside and out and I appreciated not spending 8 hours straight at the dealership trying to bargain a price. I ended up getting a brand new CX-5 instead of a used one because the price was still affordable and I was extremely happy with the overall experience. In fact, the whole staff was fantastic. Obviously, the CX-5 I purchased is totally bad ass! You officially stole me away from Werner. I never thought I would ever say that I actually had fun buying a new car, but that was absolutely the case! Thanks Grappone!

No playing games with prices and managers!! Such a waste of my time. The salesperson (Brandyn) we had for test drive and sales was very knowledgable and he treated us exceptionally good. Spent much time explaining all the options available and after the sale he went over every detail.

My experience at Grappone Mazda was very pleasant. Dan Rotondi, my salesman was very knowledgeable. He spent extra time after his scheduled working hours helping me to complete the purchase of my vehicle and answering my questions. Our salesperson Clinton was wonderful, he was honest and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured, also having had experiences at other dealerships with the price changing 10 times over we greatly appreciated having one price and one salesperson.

I liked out new friend Dave, he was very helpful and listened well to what we were in the market for. He gave us suggestions about other cars we weren't aware of and were able to choose one that fit us best. I also liked the no negotioation and the hassle free pricing. The prices were lower than many I have seen at other lots, and appreciated not having to worry about that. I like that the website was up to date with accurate pricing and available vehicles.

Another Great Car Buying Experience at Grappone

I bought a car from Grappone a few years ago (an all around great experience) and decided to trade up into a larger vehicle. I was in the market for a used Mazda CX-5. There was no need to visit any other dealership. They had exactly what I wanted (certified pre-owned) at a fair price with a terrific warranty - Grappone takes the stress out of buying a car - no need to negotiate the price - you get a top notch, low mileage vehicle and they stand behind their autos. I really enjoyed working with Charlie Mann as well - great to work with a salesman that has your best interests in mind. Thanks again Grappone! I'll be back!

Highly recommend Grappone Mada. Love the upfront pricing, love that they don't hold your keys hostage, (happened to me at Banks) love they don't tell you they have a vehicle in stock only to drive an hour and surprise it's not there but we have another vehicle it's just a little higher in price,(happened at Autex Mazada in Keene) and love there is no well let me just talk with my sales manager. We worked with Triana Wilson with some assistance from Scott Bouley , and they could not be better. You should be excited when buying a new car, not dreading the process and sitting in a dealership for hours. Grappone gives you all that excitement and more. I know now there is only one dealership for me!!!
