Bought a 2007 Hummer from them, they talk a good talk and promise you the world until the vehicle leaves the lot, I even purchased a warranty for an extra 2,500 dollars, the car started to have issues within 2 tanks of gas, it was the power steering pump, ok it's under warranty, so the warranty says, but they would not honor it , I took the car to a reputable GMC dealership for repairs, and they found that the car should not of been sold, as it had lots of hidden issues, cracked manifold, broken mounts, needed new front axle, mass air meter, etc etc, it was a total of 6,500 dollars , I went back to Carzone and talked to Derik , after alot of run around he finally said that he will have the warranty Co take care of it but they would not, the car would not even pass smog, and the warranty card I received in the mail later on stated if any modification beyond oem specs the warranty would be void, the car had oversized wheels and tires that were 4 inches taller than stock, which voided the warranty that they sold me before I even left the lot the warranty was void, So I am on a fixed income and the 6,500 was not in the ca4ds, so the bank had to take 5he car back because Carzone sold me a fraudulent warranty, that's the only way I would buy a used vehicles from carzone is with a warranty, so beware of carzone reno on keitkzie ln, tell your friends and family before they are ripped off by [non-permissible content removed], they will also post bogus positive feedback just to suck you in , Beware you work to hard for your money. I also had to get the dmv fraud enforcement division involved. Buy elsewhere. They deserve - stars but I would not go there
