Ignore the puppy commercials...just another car dealer

Ignore the puppy commercials and all the talk. This is just another car dealer that takes your money and then ignores you. I've been waiting weeks to resolve items that were "owed" as part of the sale and they just ignore my texts and phone calls. Also at delivery the sales guy took a dirty rag and went at my car causing all sorts of swirls in my paint.

This is my third Subaru from Surbaru of Las Vegas and will likely be my last. Chase is simply that horrible. Absolute horrible customer service. I suggest buying elsewhere to avoid wasted hours with horrible customer service

Breaks the Stereotypes

After years of avoiding car salesmen and dealerships due to a bad experience, and even more bad stories, I approached Subaru of Las Vegas expecting a battle. I was wrong! Every part of the experience was out in the open and super easy! There's room for negotiation, but all the cards are on the table, no "oops, I forgot about this..." after the handshake. Every member of the team works to make sure you are fully informed of the process, and that you have an experience to brag about. These folks, every last one of them, helped to rinse a decades-old sour taste out of my mouth about buying a new car, and made me proud to be a member of the Findlay Family!

Outstanding Customer Service

10 months ago I would have given this dealership a 1 star review. I took my Subaru to them in September 2018 for an issue I was having with air flow in my car. They diagnosed it as needing a new A/C compressor, and while I wasn't able to afford the new part at the time, I eventually did get it replaced when I was back in Nebraska at a different dealership. It turns out the A/C compressor wasn't the part that actually needed to be replaced, as the issue continued even after repairs. The cost of the A/C Compressor I had replaced totaled almost $1,200, and it turned out to be completely unnecessary. The issue I was having was sporadic, and I hadn't had any issues with it until a couple weeks ago. I brought it back to the dealership here in Vegas in June 2019 and told them what had happened. Even though I didn't get the Compressor replaced with them, they offered to replace the correct part free of charge, and refund the diagnostic fee I had previously paid, even though they had no financial incentive to do so. The employee who originally told me to replace the A/C Compressor was no longer working there. This time I worked with Russell Shan, and he went above and beyond to help me out. I can't say enough good things about Russell.

In late November 2018 my wife bought a Silver Subaru Crosstrek Limited at Subaru of Las Vegas. She loves it and we were so happy with our whole experience. The teaching and learning about the cars helped her know which one she wanted. There was no high power sales talk, no financial back and forth nor any pressure. When we finished the sale we were in the Crosstrek and Bret told us everything we needed to know about the car. We were asked to come back after two weeks and before 45 days and we did come back. Susan had more questions about her car and Bret taught a us lot more. Not only did we know more about the car but we were more impressed with Subaru cars and the people who work for them. They gave us a gift card for coming in, that was not the reason we came in. It was my turn in April of this year to pick out my Subaru. I had been so impressed with the Crosstrek and pleased with the dealership. After reading the Consumer Reports 2019 Auto Issue in April I was only going to buy a Subaru. We went back to our salesperson Gabriel Garcia. He had been so patient and good to us. I chose a Dark Grey Forester Sport. It was just what I wanted and needed. I have never felt as safe in a car before. I love the safety features, the technology and the way we have been treated.. Subaru is in touch with us regularly, email and mail. We have never had a more kind and interested experience like this before and we have bought about 25 cars in our lives. Can't imagine any other cars for us.

A fantastic experience!

Buying a car has never been as fun and enjoyable! We had excellent service and found the price very comparable. The facility is clean with a great beverage and snack station. I didn't feel any pressure to buy and still found exactly what I wanted. Coco was fantastic to work with and provided a tremendous experience throughout the whole process. I highly recommend working with Coco if you're looking for a new vehicle and many shared laughs! I definitely got more than just a car from Subaru!

Coco Garcia and the dealership team were amazing to work with. They made the whole car buying experience easy and painless. No pressure and as helpful as they could be to get us into the car that we wanted at a price that wouldnt bust our budget. I have never owned a Subaru before but I am now a customer for life. I love my Crosstrek more now than when we bought it. Coco was very knowledgeable about the options that were available on the model of vehicle that we wanted. He was patient and understanding. The showroom was clean and well designed. Every staff member that we dealt with was very professional and personable. I will definitely be going back for my next Subaru. Thank you, Coco, for the amazing experience.

I was anxious about buying a new car from a dealership, as I've heard it can be an incredibly taxing experience. But Jen made me feel comfortable from the moment I met her! She showed me the exact car I had picked out online, and never made me feel pressured to look at cars outside of my price/interest range. After I decided to buy the car, she walked me through how the entire process worked. There was no haggling or negotiating over the price of the vehiclenot even once did I feel like I was not in control of the way the transaction was progressing. And I loved that Jen was involved in every step of my car buying process. She was there for the test drive, the credit application, the financing options, the final paperwork, and the vehicle delivery. I really can't thank Jen and the Subaru dealership enough. I got the exact car I wanted without spending unnecessary time and energy in the process. I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience or with my new Impreza!

Poor Salesperson (Dan Beale) and a ripoff dealer

This dealer takes advantage for being the only dealer in town. Salesperson will only sell cars at MSRP and will promise to call you back but never do. If this is the service I get BEFORE I buy a car, what will happen AFTER the sale. I purchased another brand and it was a loss for Subaru. The car was delivered to me at home. If you are looking for a Subaru, give Salt Lake or LA dealers a change -- you will save a lot of grief and money. I also found out that dealer rater website wont publish bad reviews of this dealer. Buyer BEAWARE!!

Misleading answers from sales associates. Get everything, down to the smallest item, in writing as their flippant and incorrect answers to questions can cost you big dollars. There is no support from dealer, dealer owner, nor Subaru of America.

I was not planning on purchasing a brand-new Subaru the day that I walked into the dealership. However I thought the credibly comfortable and at home with the no commission sales staff. The customer service was impeccable and I was extremely happy to find that they seriously cared about what it is that would meet my needs for my family and for my financial budget. From start to finish I was able to find the perfect car with the perfect price for my family and for my pocket. My experience was pleasant and extremely satisfying ask for Ezra or Mike. However if they are busy dealing with another customer I am sure that anyone of the super staff will be able to assist you find your needs and wants. I love my 2016 super outback limited thank you so much Subaru of Las Vegas
